So I got this new modem as well as a new netgear nighthawk ac 2600 router. The internet connection goes in and out constantly. I had an xfinity tech out and he said all is well with the internet coming in. Called netgear to see if the issue could be fixed but all that is suggested is to reset the modem and router which works for about 15 min then same issue. The techs come to the same conclusion, restart then hard reset which requires me to load the app and redo everything.

Modem is working perfectly and is a great upgrade from our old Motorola surfboard modem/router combo. Was a bit challenging to set up with my existing Orbi wifi mesh network. Setup required multiple phone calls to Comcast and Orbi support. After set-up connections are much faster overall and I no longer see the slowness we used to see with multiple wifi connections.
