We have Comcast, this modem is supported by Comcast and it’s very quick and easy to set up. Our technician was a bit confused by the modem, thinking it was a wireless router as well. The modem works good so far.

Good modem…a little difficult to setup (must reboot several times, and set to factory reset a couple of times) to obtain the IP address. Once that is obtained, then just works.
