For reference I work in IT, so technology is no stranger to me. Although my degree isn’t in Networking, I was still confident in my skills when it came to installing this particular modem. The installation was easy, the instructions easy to follow. However, when it came to test the connection and connection speeds both wired and wireless, the results were atrocious. After hours on the phone with both Netgear and Comcast, they finally concluded that I’d just have to return it. So I did. It was too much of a headache to deal with.
