Turn your wireless network into a mesh system using the Netgear EAX20 AX1800 Dual-Band Wireless Mesh Extender. The EAX20 is designed to work with existing 802.11ax Wi-Fi routers to extend wireless coverage, transferring data at up to 1800 Mb/s over the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz frequencies. Upgrading from a traditional network to a mesh system creates a seamless, unified network that uses the same Wi-Fi network name (SSID) as you move from room to room throughout your home. Equipped with two powerful internal antennas, the EAX20 uses MU-MIMO and OFDMA technologies to communicate with up to four devices simultaneously, helping to ensure reliable and fast connections for streaming 4K videos, playing online games, and more. Four Gigabit Ethernet ports are available for connecting wired devices such as computers, video game consoles, smart TVs, and more.

The NEATGEAR WIFI MESH EXTENDER was easy to setup on the app and it has an amazing range. I am glad I made the purchase.
Cordie Lynch (verified owner) –
Good extender and decent application – I wish I could change channels to improve performance but other than that it works perfectly.
Cary Halvorson (verified owner) –
The set up process is straight forward and network users get the best Wi-Fi speed regardless of where they are in range of any connection.
Justen Breitenberg (verified owner) –
Great integration with my Router, however issues in setting up with Netgear app. Difficulty in completing the installation but finally figured out a workaround.
Billie Wiegand (verified owner) –
I moved a tv to the patio and experienced intermittent internet signal. A neighbour told us about using s router enhancer and it now works perfectly
Gilda Predovic (verified owner) –
After struggling with wifi signal for months in my home office, the NETGEAR WIFI Mesh Extender was all I needed. Easy to install and a great investment overall!
Ava Reichert (verified owner) –
Was having internet cutouts for a bit, tried everything to fix it. Decided to pick up an extender to see if that helped. It did especially with a direct hard wire to the unit. Would definitely recommend if you need an extender or have more than 5 devices.
Trent Paucek (verified owner) –
I did not have an available Ethernet connection and Netgear allowed me to have an available Ethernet connection to allow the installation of my phone system.
Amy Bauch (verified owner) –
Love the basic unit, but had to put Black electrical tape on the power light and in software turn-off lamps. Bad design to use DayLight LEDs.
Brittany Batz (verified owner) –
Worked exactly as I’d hoped. Setup in about 2 minutes and extended my existing WiFi. Now everything connects to the same WiFi name and good speed throughout our large house!

Just Unpack, download the app in your Cell Phone y/o Computer, and follow the instructions. Remember is important to do this.
Colt Boyle (verified owner) –
It didn’t speed up or extend anything as the other reviews stated. After 3 or 4 days it kept my smart TV from connecting to the router. I would have to turn it off to connect. I returned it!
Gladyce Jakubowski (verified owner) –
Works amazing gives me so much more freedom and was so simple to set up
Clarabelle Hodkiewicz (verified owner) –
Needed to extend my internet out to the back shed as well as the front porch. This does just what I needed.
Maverick Bode (verified owner) –
Replaced my older Airport Extremes with Netgear and have found that I have much better connection speeds and greater range. Highly recommend
Annalise Baumbach (verified owner) –
bought to increase coverage area in home as well as to be able to use ethernet cables in bedroom. works well
Liza Torp (verified owner) –
I bought this because the wifi router is upstairs and the gaming systems downstairs were having lagging issues. With this extender downstairs no more delays and everything is running great!
Clemmie Renner (verified owner) –
My college daughter used to complaint about the ver poor signal she was getting at the room where she studies. After installing this extender she is extremely happy about the very powerful wifi signal she now gets. I did call customer service to help me in setting it up and it was excellent. I was unable to use the app they suggest to download for setting up.

Eax20 is such an easy to install. I hesitated in the beginning but when I started to install. It was a smooth sailing.

The Nighthawk app is terrible, making set up difficult. What should be a simple and straight forward process, was not and only because the app is terrible. After 45 minutes or so and finally getting the mesh extender synced with my router, it is good to go.
