This extender is simply to set up even for the novice. It provides an accurate visual of solid connectivity to the router and attached device. Also displays poor connectivity warning the user to take action. I highly recommend this product.

At the beginning the device seemed to be working OK. But it id not have reliable response times and the wireless router was more dependable then the extender, so we went back to using just the wireless router by-passing the EX3700. Also, i was under the impression that phone support would be available to 90 days after purchase. This is not the case. Seriously thinking about returning the device.

I bought it with the hopes of extending the wifi signal in an apartment with 2 floors and after initial set up I powered it off and moved it to another room and it did not turn back on ever again! I am starting to believe these extenders are just a hoax. Overall one of the worst products I have ever bought and a waste of money.

My WiFi router is upstairs and I added the Netgear range extender to improve my WiFi signal downstairs. I moved it to several locations before I found the best placement. The signal strength is better but I was hoping for a little more improvement. The improvement I got is worth the price I paid for the extender.

This worked ok at first but I tried to move it to a better location, actually closer to the router and now if I connect with my phone or computer it launches the set up menu and it I connect a non browser device it says no internet. Even after redoing the setup
