The AC750 has drastically improved WiFi connectivity on the third floor in my 3-story townhome. The only issue was initial connectivity. You first need to connect to the units’ WiFi device from your phone or computer, AND THEN set up it’s own WiFi name. Ie. “FIOS-Name_2GEXT”

I put in a ring door bell and our wifi signal was too weak to allow it to function. Your range extender with some help from your service dept consultation did the trick.

Overall, this product was easy to configure and works exactly as advertised. My only recommendation is that it can come loose from the wall due to the weight of the ethernet cable. I would recommend moving the port lower on future models to avoid this.

We recently had our fiber network expanded to more rooms in our house and based on the installers recommendation we went with a second Netgear range extender, which was as easy as plugging into a power outlet then plugging a cat6 cable from the wall to the extender, and presto! We now have multiple high speed access points throughout our house.

Love netgear overall but this product either isn’t the right size for my house or doesn’t want to work well wIt’s my non netgear router. Keeps glitching and disconnecting from the router. Even though it was after the warrant service was nice enough to answer my customer service question and help me with the product.

Wifes iPhone loses our network connection in some rooms Solution Netgear EX3700, provides uninterrupted service Researched ratings, and how these extenders worked (had to learn) The EC3700 was rated best bang for buck. In my case it works well and price is fair. An available app allows precise testing and monitoring. The EX3700 is dual band, 2.4 n 5 ghz. The setup allows a mode called fastlane. Ie EX3700 to router uses 1 frequency, EX3700 to devices uses the other frequency, Netgear claims this gives better thruput. Makes sense to me. I am a satisfied customer
