I bought 2 EX3700 Range extenders. I would have given 5 stars (the both preform well) except the the second extender could not be accessed by my laptop (rec message “could not find mywifiext” The solution was to use my cell phone to access the router and complete the setup. I found this after calling the help line. It would have saved time if this info was on their website.

It did not increase the signal strength even one bar. And the lag time made it worse than the original weak signal. Tried several different locations. Even when it’s doing what it’s supposed to do, it slows everything way down. Wasted money.

Do not let the price fool you, top quility product for needing a wifi extender in a large home. Extending the 2G or 5G network gives me the opportunity to use multiple devices on the diffrent networks with now issues! (Xbox gaming roku,tv,phone,tablets) 5 kids no complaints. 5 Stars
