Helped to expand my wifi connection, would buy again

I’m still working on getting all my devices to connect, I attempted to get my VRN connected but not much luck. I didn’t want to have to deal with the Chat Help Center. The Genie software has been helpful.

The set up was so easy on this device. Just two buttons and ten minutes, and it was all done. Now I can plug it in basically any room of the house and it extends my WiFi greatly. I get better download speeds and ping for gaming, as well.

Works great I would have not bought if I had realized they can not be daisy chained. I went this path to save money and it is working great but I am considering upgrading everything to Orbi because it is a large area that is weird shaped.

We have a garage across a creek from our house. We are able to extend the wifi to it with this extender. Super helpful when the hubby is down there working by himself.
Denis Torp (verified owner) –
Easy setup and lots of cool features (can’t spoil it)

Works great after I got the device to accept my router password. Initially, it rejected the pw after several tries.

Trash. Can not do what it says on the box. This is according to net gear customer service tech. “You should have bought another one.” Net gear associates were even less helpful.

The Netgear wifi extender worked great. Would definitely recommend it.

Purchased the Netgear Wifi Extender because I was having problems with connections being dropped in my garage. Easy to set up, has not dropped my connections and would recommend this piece of equipment if your having problems with slack signals.

I’m a repeat customer. Not easy to set up. Replaced a similar netgear product. After installation cannot get rid of “weak security” warning on iPhone 12. Internet connection intermittently drops out. Not a good experience so far.

I ordered this wifi extender because my wireless security cameras were having issues with weak signals from the router/modem (which is located in the corner of the house). This range extender has resolved that issue with ease. It was super easy to set and the WPS button made it even easier. I highly recommend this router from a reputable company, not some Chinese knock off online that will sell you data to third parties.

I would definitely recommend this device. Easy setup but the range is a bit low. Value for price.
Cordie Sipes (verified owner) –
It is a very good product since my modem and router are on 1 level of my house and it extended the range so I have very good coverage in my basement.
Arne Erdman (verified owner) –
works very well when set to use WiFi only but causes frequent address conflict when use ethernet connection with base router. I needed to reset base router in such case.
Andreanne Rice (verified owner) –
Signal was useable but very weak in my workshop. Plugged in my EX3700fter an easy WPS sync and signal was excellent.

I had a n300 extender but it could not be used as an access point. I needed something to use as an access point in my garage for my wireless security camera and garage door. this worked great. They are more responsive and can bring up video faster. this this is awesome. would definitely buy again if extender is needed.

Great extender! I can now run my security cameras on my garage and use my fire stick in my garage without any loss of WiFi. Two thumbs up!

The Netgear extender did work upstairs about 70 feet from the Router. However could not get the online account part too work.

I now have service outside all around my property as where before I had nothing. Fantastic
