I carefully followed instructions, extender connected to my router, could see both the 2.4and 5 WiFi, could connect to 5 but 2.4 will not connect. Did resets etc, sent a support request from website. No one has contacted me in a week.

I couldn’t get it to work. I called the Netgear technical support department and spent 90 minutes on the phone with them and they couldn’t get it to work either. Very frustrating.
