Netgear worked well for several months then suddenly stopped working. I’ve followed procedures in manual but it does not connect to internet. There have been no changes/issues with ISP.

Could not be happier that I got this item to give better connection with computer and cellphone when many rooms away from router. Had trouble getting website to process, however found a workaround for success. Used to have my outdoor security cams blink out, and not any more after installing this. Would buy again if needed.

Setup was easy. Range is little less than expected. Compact size. Occasionally it loses the wifi connectivity, so need to reset. Overall satisfied.

This extender seems to work well, most of the time. Sometimes it loses the signal (but that could be the router), and there’s always loss of speed (but I understand that that’s always true of extenders). Very easy set-up, and once set up you can move it around to find the best configuration. The only thing I don’t llike is the WPS and Power Buttons on the side near the bottom…it’s too easy to turn the unit off when you are trying to re-link it via WPS. Why not put them on the top, where they are easy to get to?

Annoying…wont’ connect. Supposed to simple plug and play but have tried all suggestions and tried community for support but no way to search for issue. I’ve had enough…..had it in a box for a while before I could use so now it’s just a piece of trash as I can’t return it.

I’ve had intermittent and slow connection trying to chromecast to watch tv (works fine from my router – bit constantly buffers on this extender). I tried to update the firmware after one months use and it had bricked the product – it is now completely unusable. I develop hardware for a living and i can’t believe netgear allow this to happen to a retail device – just shocking.
