We were not getting enough signal to the upstairs of the house before we got the extender. There is a big brick chimney in the middle of the house which may have been blocking the signal, but with the addition of the extender, we are getting great signal upstairs and well as other areas of the house, including garage and basement.

After installing the extender I found that 3 Samsung Tv stopped connecting the internet. As stated on box work with all routers ! Unfortunately having an Apple AirPort Extreme was one it didn’t work with and spent 2 days trying and failing to plug and play WiFi . I found this in a review on Netgear web site after banging head on wall . Thought this was an easy job but it wasn’t and assumed that I hard another issue as I had remove Spectrum cable box in process and got them involved at same time . Had another airport base station and turned it into an access point and working fine.

Once installed, the EX3700 (AC750) Range Extender did perform as advertised. Installation was not easy. Written installation instructions were incorrect. Had to contact NetGear Support and they installed.
