The AC1900 was easy to set up. It seems to function as designed. Strongly recommend.
Beau Hyatt (verified owner) –
Solved my problem at the far end of the house. Relatively easy for even me to set up. Went from 37 mbps to 177 mbps. Would recommend.
Sheila Gulgowski (verified owner) –
Transitioned from DSL to cable internet and higher speeds, and better coverage throughout the house without using signal boosters. Doesn’t seem to run as hot as my older Netgear routers did. It is installed on the ground floor and the signal to upstairs is very good 2.4 and 5.0. Much better than when the DSL was upstairs.

I was being drowned by near-by neighbors with their overpowering signals. After installing the EX7000 my signal is so strong I have no Wi-Fi dead zones in my house. This extender covers a 10,000 square foot house easily.

Upgraded home network to a fabulous download capacity, installed this AC1900 to push it to the

This WiFi range extender works great both as a wired access point and as a WIFI range extender with a wireless connection to the router.
Buford West (verified owner) –
Best device for the purpose of extending the wifi signal through the house.
Seth Davis (verified owner) –
The Netgear extender was crucial to provide coverage and speed to a new area of the house. Key during this pandemic with all the users working remotely.

I set up an EX7000 in conjunction with a RAX40. Initially everything worked exactly as expected, and between the two devices, significantly improved performance over the old Apple router that had been in use. Unfortunately, a few days after setup, the RAX40 appeared to “lose” its WiFi capability, cutting off everything, including anything connected to the EX7000. This is a remote setup which I troubleshot with the help of my non-technical, 84-year-old mother. The temporary solution was to power down the EX7000, followed by a power-cycle of the RAX40. Unfortunately, everytime the EX7000 was powered back up, the RAX40 WiFi appeared to go offline. I will further trouble-shoot at my next physical visit, but in the meantime, the EX7000 has been left powered off to allow the RAX40 to continue functioning. I like the device, but this issue surfaced several days after initial setup, so I cannot provide a full review at this time. If possible, I will update this review after my next onsite visit. I write this on 10/28/2020, and expect to be able to update sometime after 11/30/2020.

My WiFi now extends far enough to reach all the rooms in my house. I do like the firmware updates also.
Katlyn Schuppe (verified owner) –
Really well-designed, helped me solve my wifi connectivity issues in my house.
Damian Wolff (verified owner) –
With inside my shop a dead space for my WiFi it is able to pickup a WiFi signal that my phone can’t see and provide full speed access even thru a metal building.
Garth Schiller (verified owner) –
Ever since I’ve started using this extender been able to hit 50 mbs across the street! Too good for the price
Marilyne Witting (verified owner) –
I believe the product performs as it is designed. My only confusion would be how to connect other such mesh devises to enhance internet connections within my home.
Kelsi Hauck (verified owner) –
System fails allot and goes thru reset. Just not worth the money.
Nicholaus Harber (verified owner) –
Product great but instructions needed more information not easy to follow.

Ihad a little bit of trouble getting it to work correctly until I hooked it up to my computer. I at first thought it could be near your wi-fi and work but it had to be connected to the router. My smart t.v. now gets a better wi-fi feed, it went from 60% to 80%.
Agustina Shanahan (verified owner) –
I finally found a good extender that works throughout all 3 of my floors. Highly recommend.
Marianne Smitham (verified owner) –
I wasn’t 100% sure I was able to set up my WiFi Extender. Opening the box, I was very confused. I was able to log into the extender and I was very surprised that the set up was very easy. It was a step by step walk-through, using simple English. I haven’t had any issues and the range is awesome. My whole house has a great signal strength.

Works great for extending our signal and for solar monitoring.
