With enhanced 802.11ac Wi-Fi technology, the EX7000 AC1900 Nighthawk Wi-Fi Range Extender from NETGEAR supports wireless data transfer rates of up to 1900Mbps. In addition to 802.11ac technology, this range extender also supports 802.11a/b/g/n networking standards so you can connect nearly any Wi-Fi enabled device to the network. With dual band functionality, you can allocate tasks such as email and web browsing to the 2.4GHz frequency leaving the less congested 5GHz frequency for more bandwidth intensive jobs such as streaming multimedia content, gaming, and more. The EX7000 sports three external antennas for maximum wireless coverage as well as five Gigabit Ethernet ports for a range of network connection options. You can even connect USB compatible peripherals such as hard drives and printers to your network via the integrated USB 3.0 port located on the back of the range extender.

Solved all of my wifi problems and sped up the whole system.

I have a decent size house with a bunch of dead zones. My Wi-Fi kept kept cutting out. I purchased the AC1900 Extender and man what a crazy difference. I have had them about a week now and I’m glad I made the decision to pick this bad boy up.

Purchased to increase area coverage in the house and it had exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for anyone who needs more WiFi area coverage

The AC1900 has worked exactly as advertised. We use it as an access point/extender of our WiFi to the upstairs of our very old home. The signal is great now in all the bedrooms.

Bought this extender to boost the signal strength for the other side of our house. Apparently it’s a low output and signal not much stronger. Also, setup was a pain to do, plus now I cannot access this device to make sure firmware up to date!

Super fast speed and great connection. Had difficulty with it connecting at first but called and got help now it’s great

I went from no signal to full signal the second it was hooked up. So easy to setup and works incredibly! Highly recommend!!!

Netgear has always been my go to when it comes to technology. Purchased the extender to boost internet connection from inside house to detached metal garage. This solved the problem and more. This is a definite purchase for anyone looking to boost their connection speed. The product looks very good and comes with all parts needed. The setup is somewhat easy if you are tech savvy. The instructions walked me through all the steps.

Produce does a great job keeping my whole house covered now.

This WiFi extender is just what we needed. We have it in a building behind the house and it helps with getting online while in there.

While this extender works well for a 5G network and devices, it has severe issues with 2.4G networked devices. The only way I could make it work for 2.4G devices was to use the Fastlane option, use 5G connection to the router (Jetpack hotspot) and then use 2.4G wifi for the devices. If the 5G is enabled for wifi connections, the 2.4G will act connected but not obtain IPs, i.e. no internet for the connected device. Works well enough for my needs but having to figure this out cost me two days of trying different settings until it actually worked, kind of annoying.

I’m not pleased with my purchase. I had trouble connecting to it, and it seems to disconnect at least twice a day.
Abbey Keeling (verified owner) –
Gives a good strong signal outside the back of my house which allows me to use my security cameras with no problems. They need a good Wi-Fi connection to do their job. Very pleased with how this has accomplished that.
Jeremy Harris (verified owner) –
This was the suggested extender for Cox communications. It has full signal, but has not extended to the dead spot in my living room.

Answer to prayer in our house. Now I can watch Pure Flix with a smile on my face.

First, I really this product due to its receiving range and broadcasting range. My house is 3,500 sq ft. I can get signal around the house with my router/modem and this extender. Another crucial feature (for me at least) is the ability to use only 1 SSID through the whole house with this extender.

Extremely easy to setup. Wifi extender coverage is very good.
Asia O’Keefe (verified owner) –
We’ve experienced a considerable loss of Internet speed with this range extender. Moreover, it does not improve coverage in a large section of the house, where download speeds are higher without the extender. Perhaps an Ethernet connection to the computer would improve performance. We’re using a Netgear Nighthawk modem/router combo, so compatibility is probably not a factor.

I had some difficulty connecting my NETGEAR Extender, to my ViaSat WiFi modem, but once I finally did, the WiFi Extender works perfectly.

Not working for what we needed as we thought it would. The area we need it to extend to is well within the area but half the time it loses connectivity.
