With enhanced 802.11ac Wi-Fi technology, the EX7300 AC2200 Nighthawk Wi-Fi Range Extender from NETGEAR supports wireless data transfer rates of up to 2200 Mbps. In addition to 802.11ac technology, this range extender also supports 802.11a/b/g/n networking standards so you can connect nearly any Wi-Fi enabled device to the network. With dual band functionality, you can allocate tasks such as email and web browsing to the 2.4 GHz frequency leaving the less congested 5 GHz frequency for more bandwidth intensive jobs such as streaming multimedia content, gaming, and more. The EX7300 features an internal antenna array and high power amplifiers for maximum wireless coverage as well as a single Gigabit Ethernet port for a range of network connection options.

It was probably overkill in my little apartment but now there’s not a space in here that doesn’t have amazingly strong Wi-Fi signal. Supporting two smart TVs, 20 Smart plugs and switches,3 iPads 2 iPhones in the laptop and All are operating lightning fast. Save money and a refurbished unit hooked it up in minutes and what more could you want

Once we installed our WiFi extender, we were able to tie in our Ring cameras located about 60-70 feet from our modem. The cameras would not connect before installing the extender. Very pleased!

Easy setup and works like a charm. Only con, there is no way to really confirm your devices are hitting the extender and not the router. But that is a minor issue. Extended our home wifi so all the smart TVs are the opposite end of the house worked great. Would highly recommend for Netgear home modem/ routers!

In one word, this mesh extender is excellent. It was very easy to set up with the app, and it has effectively tripled the range of my wireless router. I set this extender up in my 40×60 pole barn with the goal of getting a Wi-Fi signal into our livestock barn for a live feed camera. The router that this extender feeds off is located over 100 feet away down the driveway in our house. I now have reliable Wi-Fi throughout my pole barn and enough signal in the livestock barn, which is 50 feet away, to reliably run the camera. I find this impressive as both buildings are steel making transmitting and acquiring signal that much more difficult. I highly recommend this mesh extender.
