Bought this wireless extender to replace a Trendnet extender and couldn’t be any happier with the performance and easy setup. Would recommend.

Good, reliable, fast, doesn’t take up too much space

The only drop for my cable modem is in the back room of our house. My Wi-Fi signal was weak in the front half of the house. After I set-up the NETGEAR extender, I have great Wi-Fi through the entire house.
Colin Schmitt (verified owner) –
easy to set up and is working perfectly. Now all my iphones and ipads work perfectly all thru the house. Thank you Netgear!
Wava Trantow (verified owner) –
Used the app to setup. Easy to follow, works fine.

We love the extender! However, it was a bit difficult to get set up. The app wasn’t super helpful with the set up process and I ended up having to google answers. Once we got it set up we were good to go and it works really well. We use it to get wifi in our detached garage and we now have full signal in the garage.

Just bought a new home and having a strong WiFi signal was a must for me and my three kids. With four iPhones, three smart tvs, and one iPad not including smart devices such as plugs and lightbulbs we never missed a beat or had any streaming issues. So far so good

I currently have 2 in my house (2300 sq ft, 4 BR/2 BA) and receive full coverage. Very happy with the product.

I set this up using the smart wizard, it originally made my Internet speed awful, but then I made some adjustments and it was ok using my PC. However, mobile devices wouldnt even load a LQ video on instagram, we all had to use 4G. Speedtest on the PC showed 53MB down and 17.5MB up, but next to nothing on iphones. I sent it back.

I bought this to increase the WiFi signal throughout the house. It has worked flawlessly and was easy to setup. Definitely worth it.

I found the setup more challenging through the app but then my MacBook found the device through the browser and it was easy after that. works great
Janae Quitzon (verified owner) –
Been using this extender for a week and it’s worked amazingly! Easy to install and easy to use, would absolutely recommend
Jose Hettinger (verified owner) –
We needed an extender to get signal in the garage. This extender was easy to install and provides reliable strong signal.
Randall Kilback (verified owner) –
This wifi enhancer is awesome. Great coverage and well worth the price. After figuring how to set up the privacy password setting to protect the extender from unwanted users connectioning, then everything was even better. I like the ease of turning it off if need be, and works well as intended. It could be easier to find out how to secure the network with first setting it up, I have technical experience so figured it out eventually. I bought another for mother-in-law so I would definitely recommend it.
Keven Klein (verified owner) –
The router is so easy to setup and allowed us to move our home office down stairs instead of our bedroom. Even the kids noticed their programs would load much faster than before. Definitely worth the investment!
Beulah Heller (verified owner) –
Improved my Wifi through out the house from marginal to very good. A bit difficult to program, but I worked through it and I’m not all that tech savvy.
Destiney Roberts (verified owner) –
It does make the signal stronger but for some reason my Roku only finds the signal half the time. Had better luck without it.
Dena Block (verified owner) –
After trying other units this was the only one that actually works. All the way to my work shop at the back of my property

Extender was very easy to install with no issues . Brought all the smart TVs to max performance . Can even use the laptop on the deck . Very pleased .
