Upgrade your home to reliable, high-speed 802.11ax Wi-Fi using the Nighthawk MK62 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear and have the freedom to smoothly stream 4K video, play games, and operate smart home devices from almost anywhere. This kit includes a compact router and a satellite that each use four internal antennas to wirelessly transfer data at up to 1.8 Gb/s across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands without having to set up multiple network names and passwords. The system provides wireless coverage for homes up to 3000 square feet, and additional satellites may be added separately to expand your home’s Wi-Fi coverage and eliminate dead zones. Both the router and satellite are backward compatible with previous Wi-Fi standards such as 802.11ac and each include a Gigabit Ethernet port for connecting wired devices such as smart TVs and video game consoles. Two Ethernet cables are included to get you started. You can configure and monitor the router and its satellite using the downloadable Nighthawk mobile app.

had two EX8000 coupled to a RAX20 which is feed by GEOLINKS ISP. had very slow speeds in the separate garage and out by the electric sliding gate. since I installed the new MK63 which is saddled to the RAX20, my speeds are at max in both spots( one is about 120 feet away) and could not be happier. Understand that where we live is VERY RURAL, and sometimes inhospitable( the high desert) of Southern Ca. Dealing with the mobile carriers out her had a lot of drawbacks too. NO cable, NO DSL, NO fiber. I am very happy with the last four purchases of NETGEAR routers/ extenders and have had NO PROBLEMS or FAILURES with any one unit.
