Upgrade your home to reliable, high-speed 802.11ax Wi-Fi using the Nighthawk MK62 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear and have the freedom to smoothly stream 4K video, play games, and operate smart home devices from almost anywhere. This kit includes a compact router and a satellite that each use four internal antennas to wirelessly transfer data at up to 1.8 Gb/s across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands without having to set up multiple network names and passwords. The system provides wireless coverage for homes up to 3000 square feet, and additional satellites may be added separately to expand your home’s Wi-Fi coverage and eliminate dead zones. Both the router and satellite are backward compatible with previous Wi-Fi standards such as 802.11ac and each include a Gigabit Ethernet port for connecting wired devices such as smart TVs and video game consoles. Two Ethernet cables are included to get you started. You can configure and monitor the router and its satellite using the downloadable Nighthawk mobile app.

This solved our problem of no internet in some areas(we have concrete walls. I do wish it can with a manual or a link to that, though. We struggled with the app. It never connected. The manual told us about a step we needed to take and the process of using the network that finally made sense to us and now it is perfect.

The mesh works nicely! I had a few disconnections and all app issues were solved through the helpful customer support! Don’t give up just call them if you can’t figure it out or get the app to work. I was almost about to return it but then realized it was all good after finding the solution.

I get good coverage in my house. I have my desktop computer hooked to one of Ethernet ports and it is fast. I have 300 mbps internet and it consistently gets 290-310. Might be around 250 during peak hours. But does the job. I was definitely in need of an upgrade and satisfied.

The Spectrum supplied modem (Netgear modem) was virtually impossible to install with my Netgear Nighthawk Mesh WiFi 6 System. I only got 70-80 mips on a 400 mips Spectrum modem and router upgrade. I was able to succeed after the last tech visit by using the modem supplied in the mesh system to replace the already installed modem. This was not explicitly explained in the download installation software. Now get over 400 Mips in 3 level home with two routers positioned properly.
