Upgrade your home to reliable, high-speed 802.11ax Wi-Fi using the Nighthawk MK62 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear and have the freedom to smoothly stream 4K video, play games, and operate smart home devices from almost anywhere. This kit includes a compact router and a satellite that each use four internal antennas to wirelessly transfer data at up to 1.8 Gb/s across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands without having to set up multiple network names and passwords. The system provides wireless coverage for homes up to 3000 square feet, and additional satellites may be added separately to expand your home’s Wi-Fi coverage and eliminate dead zones. Both the router and satellite are backward compatible with previous Wi-Fi standards such as 802.11ac and each include a Gigabit Ethernet port for connecting wired devices such as smart TVs and video game consoles. Two Ethernet cables are included to get you started. You can configure and monitor the router and its satellite using the downloadable Nighthawk mobile app.

We have a smaller house, but it is older and I did not want to have to reroute cable wire or have a router out in the living space, so I stuck it in the basement, and wifi reception upstairs was very poor. Enter the Netgear WiFi 6 Mesh System; adding it bathed our house in a warm, strong signal of wifi at even the farthest corners, and my family is happy again. In addition, set up was a snap; 15 minutes out of the box and the signal was up and running. Finally, this is going to allow me to tuck away my router in a space to add other devices and build a smart home. I am very happy with this purchase, would do it again, and definitely recommend it to others!

The NETGEAR Nighthawk whole home wi-fi whole home system exceeded our expectations!!! Not only do we get full coverage throughout our home, we even get coverage out to our firepit patio which is 30-40 feet away from our home.
