Boost the speed and efficiency of your home Wi-Fi network with the Nighthawk AX12 12-Stream Wi-Fi 6 Router from Netgear. Equipped with eight internal antennas and capable of up to 6 Gb/s of total Wi-Fi throughout, this dual-band router supports the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) wireless standard. Among the benefits of Wi-Fi 6 are multi-user MIMO support, which allows for multiple simultaneous data streams; OFDMA (orthogonal frequency division multiple access) support, which helps to enhance efficiency and reduce latency; and target wake time (TWT), which helps to optimize the battery life of connected mobile devices.
The Nighthawk AX12 comes equipped with four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports, a Gigabit Ethernet LAN port, and a 5 Gb/s Ethernet port that allows for multi-gigabit wired connections. Two USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports let you share printers and storage devices, while WPA3 encryption helps to enhance security.

This router dominates anything and everything I’ve owned. Never seen such streams no latency true 100mbit throughput from this router! It’s a win anyway you look at it. Cons: can’t hang it on the wall and the name is true to the device looks like a hawk

Nighthawk RAX120 is an inferior product for the money. Internet drops. Some devices don’t connect. Service is a joke. Same thing: unplug, down power, hard reset then directed to new tech and phone mysteriously disconnects. I’ve owned seven Netgear routers over the years but this Nighthawk RAX 120 and Netgear service are trash.

I have over 75 smart devices and several smartphones and computers in my large home. I have purchased 2 routers in the past year to handle the hi traffic. This nighthawk product is the best this far. Very fast. No lag times. Plenty of management capabilities. I have labeled all my connections in the app which helps me track down problem equipment. This is by far the top router.

I have never had an easier time to set up a router before. So far, everything has been able to connect far easier than prior routers and it seems to be very consistent with speeds and access as well as coverage. I have had it for a couple weeks and so far.. it has been the best router to date..

Reliable router with great speeds. A problem I have had in my location, is other routers have dropped 2.4ghz consistently. While this one doesn’t drop the network, sometimes I notice 2.4ghz has been slower. With that being said, at least 5 other routers I have tried have dropped the network altogether, presumably due to the congestion. If the 2.4ghz could consistently be fast it would be perfect, but it may mostly be an issue of interference.
