Got this router to replace my 10 year old Netgear router which was working fine but probably not able to keep up with the growing number of smart devices in my home. The old router would especially struggle over VPN. All of my issues went away as soon as I installed the new one. Would highly recommended this product.

I used to have a linksys router set up with spectrum and it would consistently buffer my apps. Now that I transitioned to Netgear my apps rarely buffer. Overall a good purchase.

The router works well for my purpose and I love that you can turn off the wifi from the app! I did have a problem connecting it to windows 10. Called customer support and they couldn’t get me on. Apparently this is a problem many people with this router have and there is no solution. I can still use my chromebook and other devices so I just gave up on the windows 10 machine.

I found the router easy to set up, and outperforming the old router so far. I like the convenience of the phone app. Additionally it works well with other APs in my home network. So far the overall network performance has exceeded previous performance with overall speed and no apparent effects from loading with multiple types of network hosts.

This router was very easy to set up. My house is over 4000 sq feet on two floors, so I was debating on a modular router system. The router is in the middle on one side, and I have full bars everywhere except the two back corners on the opposite side where I lose 1 bar. With so many WiFi devices I also like how I can control which devices are using the router with the app on my phone. Great router!
