Let’s face it, if you WFH and your job demands a high speed connection, you need the fastest possible future proof router. Look no further. If you haven’t tried 1.8 Gpbs over WiFi with abundant channels that keep your own devices from clogging your own bandwidth. Several streams become part of a symphony of WiFi orchestration that results in a very noticeable speed increase. The quad core processor seamlessly harmonizes traffic. If you have been WFH or watching Netflix you know that even your Gigabit fiber has been competing for bandwidth with your local DHCP neighbors. This router gives you the best chance to rise above the clutter within your home as your devices not only operate at maximum possible speed but stop tripping over each other. This router is for smaller dwellings 1500 sq ft, if you have a larger home, just step up to the big brother routers who pack the same technology and add the 6ghz band for uncluttered tri-band traffic. The latest studies have demonstrated that a solid router yields higher speeds than home mesh networks. This router also has an abundance of 10 Gpbs Ethernet ports for all your hard wiring needs (my tech job requires a high bandwidth connection to Silicon Valley from Texas. At this price point, and Netgear’s reputation for reliability, it’s hard to imagine buying anything else in this brave new world of 802.11 ax speeds. It’s worth it even if you just have Multiple non ax Devices competing for bandwidth. Enjoy!
