I have a 1400 sq ft house with two levels. Receive pretty good reception (75%) in every room from what I can tell. Nice that you can control devices access. I think my gaming system was around 40mbps down out of 100.

Honestly the first netgear router I am pleased with owning, and in my opinion the first router that was easy to configure and even get the file sharing working. I had issues with using NAS on previous routers but this one just works flawless. Even the mobile app is quite responsive and informative.
