The Nighthawk AX6 AX5400 sets up quickly through the Nighthawk mobile app, and you can issue voice commands to the router through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Your network is secured with both wireless encryption and the Netgear Armor multi-layered cybersecurity system, which protects devices against viruses, malware, and other online threats.

It seems Netgear has really thought things through with this device. As a non-IT professional, I was able to setup the Nighthawk AX6 6-Stream WiFi 6 Router (RAX50) myself. Not only was I able to set it up, I was also able to set up a guest network for temp users visiting for the day or the weekend. The iPhone/smartphone app makes it a breeze to do the initial setup and manage the router functions on an ongoing basis. Handling the unit, it feels solid, and visually, it looks like it was designed by those that designed the military’s stealth fighter jets. Since installing the Nighthawk AX6 6-Stream WiFi 6 Router (RAX50), there are no more wifi deadspots in our home and even sitting outside on our back deck, we still get a great wifi signal. Netgear hit a homerun with the Nighthawk AX6 6-Stream WiFi 6 Router (RAX50). I like it so much, I’m going to order one for my office!

They had me up and running in no time. The router is quick and reaches throughout all 3 levels of the house, even our basement and it’s on the second floor.
