The router also includes five Gigabit Ethernet ports, four of which connect to computers, gaming consoles, and other compatible devices. Connect an external storage drive to the available USB 3.0 Type-A port to back up and share data locally across your network. The Nighthawk AX6 AX5400 sets up quickly through the Nighthawk mobile app, and you can issue voice commands to the router through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Your network is secured with both wireless encryption and the Netgear Armor multi-layered cybersecurity system, which protects devices against viruses, malware, and other online threats.

I really love my new Netgear Nighthawk router. It was so easy to set up. It also wasn’t very expensive. I have Hughes Net satellite for internet. I don’t have access to cable or anything else. The Netgear router seems to be a lot faster and I really like the Netgear Armor app that comes with it. I like that I can test my internet speeds and it helps with cyber threats. I would definitely recommend this router to anyone.

I purchased the AX6 to replace my nighthawk AC 1900 router that we have used for years and I am so pleased! I went from getting around 50-100 mbps download and upload to early 1 gig down and up! I also love the Nighthawk app that helps me keep track of everything going on in my home network. Well worth the money spent! We have a constant 12 devices connected and nothing has any lag or what we call “the spinning pinwheel of death” or the loading icon anymore. I couldn’t be happier!
