This dual-band wireless router supports the 802.11ax Wi-Fi standard and uses OFDMA technology to communicate with multiple connected devices simultaneously across the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. With the Nighthawk AX6 AX5400, you’ll have the wireless bandwidth you need to stream 4K video, video chat, and play online games. Its four high-performance antennas use Beamforming to help ensure strong connections and long range, making it ideal for medium to large homes. The router also includes five Gigabit Ethernet ports, four of which connect to computers, gaming consoles, and other compatible devices. Connect an external storage drive to the available USB 3.0 Type-A port to back up and share data locally across your network. The Nighthawk AX6 AX5400 sets up quickly through the Nighthawk mobile app, and you can issue voice commands to the router through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Your network is secured with both wireless encryption and the Netgear Armor multi-layered cybersecurity system, which protects devices against viruses, malware, and other online threats.

Very far range, I live on 3rd floor apt. And this picks up outside well also. No more Wi-Fi going out or having to reboot constantly. I like the fact it has the app too, can check strength, set for children lots of things even when you’re not home, set up was very easy, no more having to go on a computer to set up, just download nighthawk app and few minutes done. I love it!!! Highly recommend.

I’ve been messing around with different routers for a while now and I think I’ve finally found one that works perfectly.
