Help ensure that your home is fully covered by high-speed wireless network access with the Orbi AX4200 Wireless Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear. This Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) mesh system includes a router and one satellite that are each designed with six high-powered antennas to provide up to 1800 Mb/s of bandwidth to connected devices through the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, covering up to 5000 square feet. A dedicated 5 GHz connection allows the Orbi router and satellite to transfer data to each other at up to 2400 Mb/s. In total, that’s about 4x the speed of 802.11ac, delivering smooth 4K video streaming and online gaming experiences. The router has three Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the satellite has two, allowing you to connect wired devices such as smart TVs, game consoles, computers, and more. Use the Orbi app to quickly configure and manage the devices, including setting up a guest network login. You can also use Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to issue voice commands.

The Orbi was super easy to set up. It only took us a few minutes. The signal travels very far, so far, that I haven’t been able to test where it ends yet because I’d have to go out onto our lake that is 300 ft from our house. We have absolutely no cell service surrounding our house so this is exactly what we were looking for. I can’t wait to get out ice fishing and see if I can send fishing pics to my family. Great system, well worth the money.

I am very pleased with the Orbi system. The installation was extremely easy. I have a 3000 sq. ft. home and I have the router downstairs with the satellite upstairs. I get full coverage everywhere in the house. I have 400 Mbps internet service and all my computers, phones, laptops get a speedtest that exceeds this.

At the time I thought that this was a really good system being that it was from Google, however the times have changed and doesn’t keep up with the existing Wi-Fi standards. This Orbi is a huge upgrade from the “Dark Knight” router in our (2200 sq/ft) home. It couldn’t reach the basement, and outside the signal was nonexistent. With the Orbi, the main router can easily reach all 2200 sq/ft of our home, and I put the satellite in our shed and now have signal outside, too. Haven’t even hooked up the second satellite yet but will probably use it to extend signal to the barn. Great product! Love the app functionality. Had a couple hiccups setting it up but it’s been flawless since.

Great product. Finally getting wifi speeds matching what we are paying for. Excellent upgrade from an old Google mesh system that worked well, but wifi speed drop off was significant. Overall easy to set up. Had a minor glitch that required reinstalling App to clear memory so initial install name could be unlearned. Once up and running, it has been a welcome addition to our home. Coverage is good with the router and two satellites (home is a 4000 sf ranch style property). The wired connection option for the satellites was also a great feature.
