Help ensure that your home is fully covered by high-speed wireless network access with the Orbi AX4200 Wireless Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear. This Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) mesh system includes a router and one satellite that are each designed with six high-powered antennas to provide up to 1800 Mb/s of bandwidth to connected devices through the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, covering up to 5000 square feet. A dedicated 5 GHz connection allows the Orbi router and satellite to transfer data to each other at up to 2400 Mb/s. In total, that’s about 4x the speed of 802.11ac, delivering smooth 4K video streaming and online gaming experiences. The router has three Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the satellite has two, allowing you to connect wired devices such as smart TVs, game consoles, computers, and more. Use the Orbi app to quickly configure and manage the devices, including setting up a guest network login. You can also use Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to issue voice commands.

This mesh system is definitely great in that it extends its range much more than a regular router but I wouldn’t say it’s the best coverage either. Some spots just don’t get coverage and this doesn’t cover as much as they vouch for

Just upgrade my home WiFi system with the Orbi system. The setup was easy and I was up and running in minutes. The Orbi app was a great tool and helps me monitor all the activity going on in my network. The main reason for my upgrade was to get additional coverage for my home and yard. The satellite placement allowed me to get the maximum coverage I needed. I was surprised how by how many devices I have that took advantage of the WiFi 6 band without me having to configure it.
