Help ensure that your home is fully covered by high-speed wireless network access with the Orbi AX4200 Wireless Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear. This Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) mesh system includes a router and one satellite that are each designed with six high-powered antennas to provide up to 1800 Mb/s of bandwidth to connected devices through the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, covering up to 5000 square feet. A dedicated 5 GHz connection allows the Orbi router and satellite to transfer data to each other at up to 2400 Mb/s. In total, that’s about 4x the speed of 802.11ac, delivering smooth 4K video streaming and online gaming experiences. The router has three Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the satellite has two, allowing you to connect wired devices such as smart TVs, game consoles, computers, and more. Use the Orbi app to quickly configure and manage the devices, including setting up a guest network login. You can also use Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to issue voice commands.

This router and satellite combo was the best purchase I’ve ever made. I was having constant WiFi drop and disconnect issues to the point where my internet would cut out for five minutes at a time. Since replacing my old router with the Orbi system I have no dead spots and no WiFi drop due to device overload or demand. This router is able to handle all of my devices needs all while keeping a cool 230mbps download speeds. One small complaint was that the setup wizard didn’t work right for me and I had to manually set it up myself. But that being the only issue poses zero problems for me so it’s not even really a complaint. Five stars for an excellent product with fantastic customer service.

Upgraded to the this system from my old google wifi and the results are like night and day. Had to have 4 google nodes to cover my house and still had nightly internet drops and slow speeds but now with only two of the orbi’s my entire space gets at or close to what my internet provider is giving us!
