Help ensure that your home is fully covered by high-speed wireless network access with the Orbi AX4200 Wireless Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear. This Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) mesh system includes a router and one satellite that are each designed with six high-powered antennas to provide up to 1800 Mb/s of bandwidth to connected devices through the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, covering up to 5000 square feet. A dedicated 5 GHz connection allows the Orbi router and satellite to transfer data to each other at up to 2400 Mb/s. In total, that’s about 4x the speed of 802.11ac, delivering smooth 4K video streaming and online gaming experiences. The router has three Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the satellite has two, allowing you to connect wired devices such as smart TVs, game consoles, computers, and more. Use the Orbi app to quickly configure and manage the devices, including setting up a guest network login. You can also use Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to issue voice commands.

Solid Wifi System, it is nice that it can connect altogether. My only reason for not giving it 5/5 stars is because that it does not extend too far. I have one on the opposite side of the house that disconnects often. Other than that, speeds are quick and having multiple around the house helps.

Recently brought NETGEAR Orbi Whole Home Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 System. Have at it for about a month now after we moved to a large 1500 SQ FT home with thick brick walls. Glad to say this was the perfect solution to our WiFi woes. We came from a about 1100 SQ FT apartment and had a NETGEAR Nighthawk router. Tried to use the same router but notice I need something more powerful and this NETGEAR Orbi 6 System was the solution now it feels normal around this whole home with connectivity.

I have been plagued with dead spots all over my house for many years and Dropping internet. After much research I changed to a fiber internet but still had range problems, even though my house is only 3700 sqft. I put in the Orbi three unit mesh system and wow! Not a dead spot to be found. Finally. And Friends are telling me that my wifi calling is the best they have ever heard from me. No more: “can you hear me now?”

After some trial and error of positioning the satellites around the house, it looks like the whole house is now well covered with WIFI access. Very simple to install and easy to just unplug the satellites and move them around to various locations.

We bought this router after upgrading our ISP to TDS 600 mbps plan. Our old ASUS router was a bottleneck preventing access to the higher speed. I installed the Orbi app on my phone and did a Speedtest, which shows are download and upload speed is now both over 600. It was easy to install and the extender was placed on second level where my study and iMac are. All works well.

We have had a few hiccups since we first installed our orbi mesh system. A few dropped connections in the beginning. But for the most part everything has been running smooth since first setting up. It’s nice having wifi speed throughout the house as before we would have dropped connections in our bedroom. But all in all the system has been great and the option to add more satellites is a plus. We have kids so the parental controls for us is a win win. Overall I would say it is worth the money and we are very satisfied. A mesh system is a way better upgrade than a wifi extender. We had one before this and it hasn’t held a candle to a mesh system. If you’re having a problem getting wifi throughout your house I would recommend this mesh system.

It is easy to setup with ZiplyFiber. I have a gig speed and Speedtest is consistently around 950M upload and download. Very happy upgraded from google mesh.

Our internet was spotty. Speeds between 80-100 mbps. We decided to upgrade our router to the Orbi mesh system and have not been disappointed. Speeds are now between 350-400 mbps!!!
