Help ensure that your home is fully covered by high-speed wireless network access with the Orbi AX4200 Wireless Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear. This Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) mesh system includes a router and one satellite that are each designed with six high-powered antennas to provide up to 1800 Mb/s of bandwidth to connected devices through the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, covering up to 5000 square feet. A dedicated 5 GHz connection allows the Orbi router and satellite to transfer data to each other at up to 2400 Mb/s. In total, that’s about 4x the speed of 802.11ac, delivering smooth 4K video streaming and online gaming experiences. The router has three Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the satellite has two, allowing you to connect wired devices such as smart TVs, game consoles, computers, and more. Use the Orbi app to quickly configure and manage the devices, including setting up a guest network login. You can also use Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to issue voice commands.

Set up the Orbi with 2 Sats using Nighthawk Cable Modem. I have faster speeds than my service advertised even in the basement. 705mbs! Xfinity was not easy to work with due to network outages in my area but they helped me get it up and running trough tech support.

My house only has one place for a cable modem-upstairs master bedroom. This makes it difficult to get Wi-Fi in other parts of the house, especially on the ground floor. I’ve used many routers in the past and all were good but my Orbi is by far the best router I’ve ever had , having the satellite router that comes with it really makes the difference, it doesn’t put as much strain on the single router being connected to all of my devices,I can even go outside of my house and still get a signal which I was never able to do and as a matter of fact I don’t even know how I survived without it, I am very happy with my Netgear Orbi router purchase and l strongly recommend purchasing one to handle all the many devices that we use in our home , And the speed improvement is amazing as well

Before this Orbi I used to have a TP Link mesh system with 5 devices to cover my entire 4,000 sqf home, and even with that is was difficult to get more than 50% of the speed in the repeaters. With the Orbi (router 2 satellites) I get the full 500 mbps speed in my whole house. Very pleased with the product so far.
