Help ensure that your home is fully covered by high-speed wireless network access with the Orbi AX4200 Wireless Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear. This Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) mesh system includes a router and one satellite that are each designed with six high-powered antennas to provide up to 1800 Mb/s of bandwidth to connected devices through the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, covering up to 5000 square feet. A dedicated 5 GHz connection allows the Orbi router and satellite to transfer data to each other at up to 2400 Mb/s. In total, that’s about 4x the speed of 802.11ac, delivering smooth 4K video streaming and online gaming experiences. The router has three Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the satellite has two, allowing you to connect wired devices such as smart TVs, game consoles, computers, and more. Use the Orbi app to quickly configure and manage the devices, including setting up a guest network login. You can also use Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to issue voice commands.

While speeds of 2.5 GB are probably feasible, that can only be achieved via WAN aggregation. all the ethernet ports (including the WAN) are still just 1GB.

I am very disappointed that Orbi 6 is not compatible with the Outdoor Orbi! You should make it so all of your products work together as I need the outdoor extender!

Needed to extend to my whole house and outside. Set up was about 15 minutes, the app is easy to use, and I have coverage upstairs, downstairs, and outside (~4,000 sq ft). Definitely recommend.

I tried all the extenders and they didn’t work but the orbi mesh system solved my dead zone issues. It was easy to hookup. I used one satellite for my one story approximately 3000 sqft home. I now get full bars in areas that barely got one bar before.

We had a powerful router with extensions. We had to change routers when we went downstairs. The Orbi was easy to set up with the app. The mesh system allows us to go anywhere in the house with a strong signal. It has greatly improved our streaming on TV now. I dropped cable.

With our ever growing amount of electronics in our house, the demand for faster and stable internet is always growing. We had the Netgear Nighthawk mesh router and it was great, but we started seeing some speed degradation and had a feeling it was time for something bigger and better. This Netgear Orbi has been great, no more sudden buffering at all and Fortnite is back to no crashes. Highly recommend it.
