Help ensure that your home is fully covered by high-speed wireless network access with the Orbi AX4200 Wireless Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear. This Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) mesh system includes a router and one satellite that are each designed with six high-powered antennas to provide up to 1800 Mb/s of bandwidth to connected devices through the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, covering up to 5000 square feet. A dedicated 5 GHz connection allows the Orbi router and satellite to transfer data to each other at up to 2400 Mb/s. In total, that’s about 4x the speed of 802.11ac, delivering smooth 4K video streaming and online gaming experiences. The router has three Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the satellite has two, allowing you to connect wired devices such as smart TVs, game consoles, computers, and more. Use the Orbi app to quickly configure and manage the devices, including setting up a guest network login. You can also use Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to issue voice commands.

I found the Orbi Sri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 System very easy to set up with the mobile app. With the Orbi we are getting download speeds between 600-700Mbps which is higher than with just our Gateway modem. The Satellite upstairs is also helping to load the Internet faster.

The product works well so far. I do notice WiFi 6 speeds when connected to the main hub. Some times I think my device doesn’t jump on the closest point. I originally had Google WiFi points and wanted to jump to WiFi 6 but lost a feature because I have to pay for it (parental controls). I also don’t have a feature I had on my other setup like prioritizing devices. Feel like I paid more to lose standard features you’d get with a router without paying some silly subscription. If Google comes out with WiFi 6e product down the road I’ll probably switch back.

After setting up my Orbi Mesh Wifi 6 I’ve noticed my whole home is now covered with lightning speed Wifi. The Basement, 1st Floor, and 2nd Floor use to have connectivity issues, but now the Orbi has solved all the dead zones. I highly recommend this product for larger homes, it really does make a difference.

The Orbi AX4200 Mesh WiFi System was, by far, the easiest home network installation I have experienced. In addition, the coverage for my two story house and back yard seems more than adequate. I have 21 devices on the network including video security, speakers, phones, printers, and other usual network devices. So far, each is performing well.
