Help ensure that your home is fully covered by high-speed wireless network access with the Orbi AX4200 Wireless Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System from Netgear. This Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) mesh system includes a router and one satellite that are each designed with six high-powered antennas to provide up to 1800 Mb/s of bandwidth to connected devices through the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, covering up to 5000 square feet. A dedicated 5 GHz connection allows the Orbi router and satellite to transfer data to each other at up to 2400 Mb/s. In total, that’s about 4x the speed of 802.11ac, delivering smooth 4K video streaming and online gaming experiences. The router has three Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the satellite has two, allowing you to connect wired devices such as smart TVs, game consoles, computers, and more. Use the Orbi app to quickly configure and manage the devices, including setting up a guest network login. You can also use Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant to issue voice commands.

After getting orbi, I could not be happier. It covers my whole house and I get incredible range and speed at farthest corners in my home. Even my basement has great range. The Orbi setup was really straightforward and an easy setup using the wizard and app. The app offers a fresh modern view of your typical web interface, but only for the more common management items. The more advanced management options (like port forwarding) can still be found via router browser page. Would be nice to have a trial on each premium option available to demo capabilities so you know what you’re paying for ahead of time. The router and satellites themselves however have been working really well and fill in those dead zones I’ve been struggling with in my house. Makes me want to get a bigger house just to test further distances.

On a friends recommendation switched to Orbi. I do not get less than 320Mb anywhere in my house. No blips, or outages like with the Google stuff. Changed my WFH game. Cannot recommend high enough. Worth every penny.
