The StoraDrive Anti-Static Cases for 3.5″ Hard Drives from Newer Technology is an excellent way to organize, store, and protect any loose internal hard drives that you might have. As part of this product, you’ll receive two interlocking drawers, with one stacking on the other. Made of anti-static injection molded ABS plastic, these drawers fit hard drives with a 3.5″ form factor and can protect them from static and dust. Plus, if you have more hard drives, you can purchase more StoraDrives and stack those on top of these.

I have multiple tray units stacked. Used with the Newertech Voyager Q dock, which I recommend too. The tray holders are well made and snap together. My only caution is: be careful when moving them, especially if they’re filled with drives! The trays slide out easily and the holders snap together only lightly, so I use tape during transport. Minor design changes would solve that problem, but it’s still a good product.

This product is designed to hold 3.5 Hard drives, but the hard drive side rails need to be removed first in order for the drive to fit in the case. Where does the consumer store the hard drive rails? Find another solution.

Excellent storage option for 3.5 hard drives. The drive fits perfectly, and the units stack together easily and securely (if you purchase more than one like I did). Made of plastic which feels fine, but a tad flimsy, and the drawer handles are handy, but could be designed with more ergonomics in mind. The case does it’s job though, and it’s perfect for what it was designed for, which is storage. 4-Stars as there is room for improvement, but you cannot beat the price which would bump it up to 4.5 Stars.
