I was beyond thrilled to receive the Ninja Air Fryer Max XL by Ninja. I had been researching air fryers for awhile, and everything I was reading had my coming back to the Ninja brand air fryers. There was a different model Ninja Air Fryer that was sitting on my wish list waiting for me to finally purchase, but then I learned about this model and I couldn’t be happier with it. This air fryer includes the Ninja Air Fryer Max XL, 5.5-qt. ceramic-coated nonstick basket, broil rack and a Quick Start Guide that has tips & tricks, cooking times and temps for a variety of items and 20 recipes. There are seven functions on this unit: max crisp, air fry, air roast, air broil, bake, reheat and dehydrate.All the parts very extremely well made and sturdy. It is also dishwasher safe, but honestly I prefer to hand wash because the basket is so large it would take up most of the bottom rack. It is so much fun to try new recipes and try a new way to cook my favorites. My family discovered that they prefer their french fries air fried. There are so many different foods this unit can cook, and since the basket is so large it is great for families or those that love to entertain. The buttons are easy to use and very self explanatory. I do wish the power cord was longer, but that’s really my only gripe with this unit. I would highly recommend this air fryer to anyone new to the air frying world and to those that have mastered their air frying skills.

I never write reviews but this one deserves at least 10 stars. We do a lot of wings, and not just during football season and this thing is amazing. Clean up is a breeze also. A nonstick interior that stuff just glides off of. We loved it so much we bought our newlywed daughter one. She and her new husband went crazy! I would highly recommend for sure!

I have never used dryers as I have always been scared of fat and high temperatures. Several friends have said how good air fryers are and after using the Ninja Air fryer I have been very impressed. A bulky machine to store but great results.

Got this for a Christmas gift and have been using since. One of the best things we have in our kitchen but my Wife smells an unusual smell when cooking with it! She is very concerned with safety. Is this normal in the break in period? Everything is very good otherwise just this smell. She thinks it has a plastic/rubber type of smell. As for the cooking I am completely happy with it. Could you please explain!

This a solid performer,we didn’t want a teflon fryer this is ceramic and is safe for our birds…..work nice and quiet. Slight startup smell…then nothing.

I purchased my Ninja in November and I have only used my regular oven 5x’s since. Yesterday (Father’s day), I prepared my husbands fathers day dinner in my Ninjs. I used Bake and Air Broil. I made Ribeye steak (boneless) and veggies and baked potato. I have made fish, chicken, pizza, fries and much more. This was a GREAT investment and I am going to get my daughter one for her new place.I absolutely love it for healthier cooking and I do not even warm up anything in the microwave anymore. I have not used the dehydrate feature as of yet, but every other feature have been utilized. I absolutely love this purchase and I would definitely gift this 10x’s over.

This only needs a few minutes to preheat. I love the broil feature just to cook fish and sometimes a steak. I also use the broil feature just to melt cheese . After cooking a cheeseburger. The rack that is included is great for broiling. The food cooks so much faster than anything on the stove or my oven. Do hesitate to buy this. You will not regret it. This met my expectations and some. Good job Ninja!!!! Well made not flimsy.
