I bought this product a month or so ago and have been very pleased. The size is the basket is great. It holds a lot of food. I’ve cooked wingettes, fish, shrimp and fries. The recommended cooks times on the Fryer is amazing. The digital temprature guage and timer is a very nice feature. I definitely recommend this product if you’re looking to cook a large or small amount of food. Also, Low noise. Not as loud as the other brand I owned.

I tried sweet potato fries and breaded butterfly shrimp, they turned out good. Ninja advises to shake the basket and they’re right. Last weekend I tried the air broil feature on 4 bacon wrapped fillets, well see for yourself after 4-5 minutes per side.

Ok, so this is day three cooking with the Max XL. My first attempt was frozen fish filets. The fish came out perfectly cooked and crispy. Second attempt was frozen “Checker’s” french fries. Used the Max Crisp setting. A little too crispy for my liking. Next time I’ll use the 390 setting. Last night was fresh, naked chicken wings. Simply tossed with a little pile oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. 390 for 24 minutes, shook them a couple time= perfect. Tonight, some beautiful Maryland crab cakes. Should turn out great.

It’s worth every penny. We use it about 5 times a week and have had no issues. At first it did have a smell but that didn’t last too long. If you’re looking for an air fryer, this is it.

Fries and crisps very quickly compared to other methods, and with less clean up required. So convenient to use when you want something heated or cooled fast. I found that it took much less time than the recommended mentioned in the booklet to fry/crisp frozen foods. Something definitely worth getting if you want to eat healthier; the same foods with little to no oil and save time!

This is my 2nd air fryer, love that this one is so quiet and cooks well. My only complaint is the basket could be a little wider. Would like to be able to cook 4 slices of bacon or 4 of anything that is large.

I got this product because of all the hype I’ve heard about air fryers from friends. I must say, this is a pretty neat gadget. It does a great job with chicken wings and french fries. They come out crispy and well cooked, and not soggy from grease. It also does a great job reheating pizza to a perfect temperature, making the crust taste and feel like it came fresh from the oven. Although, the size and shape of the basket of this fryer makes placing pizza slices in it a little awkward.I’ve also tried making chicken breasts, which turned out so-so. I would prefer cooking things like that on a skillet. However, when it comes to foods chopped into pieces, and reheating pizza, this is the gadget to use!
