I’ve been using this blender alot during the past few months. Love the auto-iq feature, you can walk away and not stand there listening to the blender. But I can’t use the cups for sipping or pouring since the lids leak at the gasket. I don’t have strong or large hands, so when I screw the lid tight enough to keep it from leaking, I can’t remove the lid since the blended liquid seeps into the threads making the lids are harder to screw off than on.

Oh, yes! This is much easier to use than my full size blender for making my morning smoothie! I really like how I can mix the ingredients, including ice, in the cup provided, blend it, put the drinking lid on, and off I go! Cleanup is as easy as washing a normal drinking glass. The compact size fits easily on my counter top, or in a kitchen cabinet. Instructions are plain and easy to read and understand. Excellent!

Blends fruit and veggies ok, plastic tall container not a big plus, the upside-down cup is VEEERY inconvenient bec i add things as i go, i dont blend ‘everytng. at once’, certain things needs less blending; so it is very messy to do that. Pretty noisy. Same size ‘right-side-up’ cup would be ok.

I am nearing the end of the lifetime on my second Auto-IQ. They are great for 12-15 months, but then start to fail me. I’m not sure what the problem is, maybe the silicone ring is failing, because I have had leakage during blending about 60% of the time during the past few months. The smoothie that flies out gets down in the mechanism below and is nearly impossible to fully clean out. I haven’t had one of these last more than 2 years. And I can’t find my square-trade documentation to get the replacement I knew I would need, so now I have to either decide to buy another one (I have had 4 Ninja blenders total) or switch to something else.

Although it’s a bit noisy, it does a great job of blending in frozen fruit and other stuff for my morning smoothie. This model replaced an older one where I had to hold down to cup to engage the blade. I was over that and glad I finally purchased this model.
