Excellent quality! Works great! I have written less than a dozen of reviews since the beginning of the internet and this is one of them.

My first Ninja gave me at least 10 years of use and abuse. I’ve only had my new one for about 4 months, though I’ve used it two or more times almost every day (got it at the beginning of summer), which might be a year or more of mileage for some people. I came looking for a new gasket for my old Ninja, started to browse through the smoothie makers, calculated a few prices, and decided to spring for a new model. After all, what did I have to lose? The old Ninja was perfectly functional except for the 6 year old gaskets, and I could still get them if the new machine didn’t work out. But wow! Every single thing that was an inconvenience on the old machine was hugely improved on the new one — and you know how seldom THAT happens. The extractor blade base and the smoothie cup lid are now the same size — large, and far easier to take off. Not only that, making a very cold smoothie on a warm day shrinks the air inside the cup and creates a vacuum. No more wrestling –the vacuum release is as useful for making the blade part easy to take off with cold drinks as it is when used with the vacuum pump. And the large lid and base are easy to grasp — there’s even a bit of leverage, as the outside is wider than the threaded part. AND the lid cap snaps down so it doesn’t hit me on the nose as I guzzle. The cup material must be harder than the old cup: not a sign of a scratch after being bombarded with ice cubes daily. It creates a smoothie amazingly quickly — the strong motor bounces the bottom to the top right away (especially with a few ice cubes to propel) and even if my smoothie is more like a soft-serve sherbet it mixes it all up (sometimes with a few nudges). The blades take on my ice-tray large cubes without a stammer. Well, maybe a little stammer when several cubes weld together. The cup makes a great big smoothie, one that will cool me all day — especially if I fill the cup with ice cubes AFTER the smoothie is made. (Yes, the added ice dilutes the smoothie eventally but that’s all to the good. More hydration and less of a sugar blitz.)And cleaning! What a difference! Easy to get a dish brush into the bigger blades and blade base, easy to wipe out the big base, and what a relief to have the new one-piece cup lid. A quick swoop with the sponge brush (for baby bottles), a swipe around the threads (base, lid, cup) with the dish brush, rinse and that’s it. Even fat (from whole milk yoghurt or nuts, for instance) wipes right off. And by the way, the black motor base is a lot easier to make look nice than the white/ivory of my other gadgets.I only wish that Ninja would carry some hard plastic straws (I shudder at the thought of what would cling to the inside of silicone straws!) long enough to stick out of the top of the cup. The wide bubble drink straws from That Store are nice except for the slanty ends. And speaking of That Store, I’ve gotten so many obvious seconds or repackaged or wrongly described items that I’ve vowed to buy from manufacturers when at all possible. If you’re cruising here, I strongly suggest you consider buying here.

I bought 2 years ago. I was reading the reviews. Guys it’s an amazing product with a remarkable quality. If you don’t operate properly it isn’t a product design problem. Don’t wash the glass into the dishwasher NEVER. And regarding the pump make sure to RESPECT the maximum liquid mark!!! That’s all. The color and the taste of the fruits in this like never before!!

I bought this machine 6 months ago and I really love it. Fast, strong and easy to clean. I have also had the Professional Vitamix machine and love it but always hesitant to put my hand inside the container to clean the blade.

I love smoothies and I am so impressed by this technology, the vacuum pump removes all the oxygen resulting in no air bubbles. Amazing how this works and really changed the smoothie game. I was contemplating between the FreshVac and a juicer from another brand, but I went with this because juicers waste so much of the fruit and its the nutrients. With this blender there is no unpleasant foam. Really enjoying it!
