Ive had this blender for over 3 years now, the blenders cups I use almost every day, they work great making protein shakes and crushing ice. The big blender container works great for blended fruit and vegetables into smoothies. I also use the dough blender all the time to make pizza dough.

It is very powerful; I used it to make juice (3 min) and soy milk (5-7 min only; need to boil it before use); also use it to ground lean meat (5 min). If the single-use cup is bigger, that would be better. Also if included with a spare blade, it would be nice.I like it very much.
