Purchased a few years ago and everything is good. Although when I use the single cup option, it seems as though the cup no longer stays on it’s own and smells like the machine is going to burn up. Is there something I can do to help this?? Love the machine just scary when it smells like burnt rubber.

I have had mine for a few years now and have used the food processor and blender for many things. I have been mostly happy with it. My only complaints are the lack of speed control…only 4 buttons and it doesn’t chop the ice and stuff as it did in the very beginning. I guess I need a new blade assembly. I do love the ability to wash all the parts in the dishwasher.
