I got this a few weeks ago and it is awesome. This model was an upgrade from the base model I already owned. I love the food processor and the smaller cups. I use my blender a lot more now then I did when I didn’t have all the extras. Now making a smoothie for breakfast is a lot less daunting than dragging out a large blender for one drink before work.

This blender is beyond amazing. I have made salsa, smoothies, and soon… Cookie dough. It chops up ice like a professional restaurant blender. It’s so easy to clean and the smoothie cups are perfect for my teen girls to make breakfast. The auto IQ programs make it so slick to choose what you want to blend. The base doesn’t take up much room and the easy pour spout is a very nice feature. I don’t know why you would waste your money on any other blender!! This one is amazing & I highly recommend!! This is by far my favorite machine in my kitchen. I cannot contain my excitement when I got this, I unboxed it right away and put it to the test. This machine is very versatile and multi-functional. You can use it as a blender, juicer,chopper,mixer and food processor. It is very user friendly. Even a child can use it as there’s a safety lock feature for all 3 attachments. The package came with the main unit which is the motor, blender attachment, removable blender blade, 2 single serve cups with lids, 1 screw on pro extractor lid for the single serve cups, processor bowl, bowl lid, chopping blade and dough blade assembly. It also came with quick start guide, some recipes to try and manual instructions. With this machine, I can do a lot in my kitchen. The blender is perfect for making shakes and smoothies for the whole gang. It has a stackable blade for easy blending and crushing.I like that all of the blades that come with this machine are removeable so it is easier to clean it and store them. The single-serve cup is perfect when you are on the go. All you need to do is put your favorite fruit on the cup and add some ice and then hit the button. It is very powerful that your drink is ready in 5-10 seconds depending on how much ice you put on the cup. Also just a tip, it’s easier to blend fruits and ice if you put the fruits first and then ice. For the the precision processor bowl, I can chop some fruits and veggies in minutes. I also use it for making my dough for small batches of cookies and breads. Make sure not to overflow it as the machine will not start if you oveflow it. I also make salsas using the food processor and it makes it all easier to do. It has an auto-IQ programs that was preset for unique blending and pausing patterns. There are 5 options for the Auto-IQ programs (smoothie, ice crush, extract (juicing/juicer), chop and dough). For manual options there is low, medium, high and pulse. This machine helped me a lot with my day to day routine (to keep me occupied) especially now that a lot of establishments are still closed. I make smoothies, slushies, shakes, margaritas, daiquiris, bread, cookies, salsas and a lot more. It also saves a lot of space in your kitchen. It’s time to throw away my old appliances in place of this. I will definitely recommend this.

I had an older Ninja single cup blender that had served me well for man years. I had misplaced the cup and was looking to either replace the cup or upgrade to a more versatile multi task machine. It is without a doubt that Ninja is the leader in single cup blending. While researching my options, I came upon this Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto IQ. I was impressed that I could have one setup that would allow me to combine 4 of my other machines into one. This powerful 1400W machine replaced my single cup blender, a competitors professional blender, dough mixer, and my food chopper. The fact this machine came with 2 single serve cups was enough to get my to buy this machine as it made my morning smoothies easier to make and left little mess to clean up. The large 72oz pitcher was professionally made and easily crushed ice like soft butter. I have effortlessly made amazing frozen margaritas with this machine. The chopper was perfect size and allowed me to make fresh salsa without having to drag another machine out. I also tried mixing dough for fresh pizza I like and it worked perfectly. I love this blender kitchen system. It makes it easier to fix different things, without the hasle of have to drag out my other kitchen appliances. I love using the attachment to mix dough with it blends quickly an evenly. The ice crushing power is awesome. Not to mention blending frozen fruit. My only complaint is I make smoothies for just me, a single service, you would think the bullet cups made for smoothies would work with the preprogrammed smoothie button, but alas it does not, you have to use the big blender for the smoothie button.

The blender is amazing. It does exactly what it says it is supposed to do. It crushes ice very easiy and quickly. We make smoothies almost daily and haven’t had any kind of issue. It also makes chopping vegetables simple. Everything about this product is awesome and works as it should or better. I like the size because you can make single serve or use the 72 oz size for more servings. I would most definitely recommend this product to others! It is amazing!!

I needed a blender to replace the ~15-yr old workhorse that we had. I didn’t think I had a need for the entire ‘system’ but what I did need was something that was powerful and durable. I make a smoothie for the family every weekday. Frozen everything – strawberries, bananas, avacado, blueberries and some other stuff. It’s usually as full as I can get it as it’s the primary breakfast for me and my husband. I hadn’t owned a ninja product before so was a bit skeptical. I asked some friends on recommendations and the usual suspects of higher end blenders came back but a few raved about their Ninja. They had a few things to look out for as nothing is perfect but overall they were super positive on the brand and the models they’d bought especially considering the cost is usually a solid 30% (or more) less than the super high end models of other brands. I took a chance and got the ninja. Well, so far, so good! I don’t put a ton of liquid (OJ, milk) in it so I usually have to run the smoothie setting twice to get it 100% smooth. I like that it pulses a bit at the start letting the chunks move down a bit. We’ve also used it on the weekend to make some frosés which are pretty delicious. Anyway, it cleans really easily, the intense blades come out which makes it a lot easier esp b/c they aren’t just at the bottom, they’re all the way up. My grandson loves the little personal smoothie maker b/c I’m able to disguise the stuff he doesn’t always like. I haven’t used the shorter container that acts more like a food processor. Currently, like so many, I have taken up making bread and am super excited about the dough function b/c we don’t have one of those fancy mixers that does the work for you. Anyway, so far, so good! 5 stars all around for me. Highly recommend!!!

This is my second set, the processor keeps cracking and the water from the food keeps leaking from the crack. I used the whole set all the time but I have to keep replacing the processor from the crack. It’s costing too much now to replace it again but I love the product….. I wish they weren’t plastic….

I bought this a little over a month ago and it worked really well. It’s actually very easy to use or so I thought because now it’s not working, the power light blinks red and according to the directions that means it’s not setup properly but I’ve had this product for over a month and used it just about everyday. There’s no setup to this machine, u plug it in and attach which blender u want to use, if you’re using the food processor or the regular blender it locks in if it’s on wrong it won’t even twist to lock so how can it be setup incorrectly? This thing although good when working was a total waste of my money because I can’t get it to work again.

This is an awesome blender. But it would be nice if it could customize the time so that I don’t have to come over and press puree again every 60 seconds to blend soy milk(180-270 seconds). And man, the cup. It gets dirty at the bottom, sides of the lining and capping top. So get yourself a good set of washing utensils unlike me.

I’ve had my Ninja Kitchen system for 2 years. I did break the food processor container right away, but it was easy to get a replacement. I wish I hadn’t gotten rid of my old food processor. This doesn’t have a feed chute with shredding or slicing capabilities. I haven’t needed them, and for some reason didn’t realize it didn’t have them. Bought 25 pounds of carrots to dehydrate, pulled out the Ninja food processor and realized – oh, there are no shredding or slicing blades. And look, there is not way to feed food into the food processor, even if you did have the blades. Space is at a premium and I thought this was such a great purchase. Now have to look at a Cuisinart or something similar…

I have no idea when the product is getting here. It’s been 19 days since I ordered. I contacted support and apparently they don’t give any information to “international” orders which includes HI, PR, and others. I was charged a surcharge for international that just showed up during check out. I guess they are not aware they could use USPS for shipping. The most info I was told was it will take 4-6 weeks while the email says it should have been here last week. It is not a good practice to give additional charges and then not even providing tracking. I am having to go outside and check around every day several times a day until it gets here because I’m worried it will get stolen and I have no idea who is bringing the package. Crazy. If you don’t live in the contiguous 48 states then don’t order on this website!

Our family is big on fruit smoothies and ice cream milkshakes so I was excited to try the Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto-IQ. I love the suction cups on the bottom of the blender base. My previous blender was great, but it would vibrate off of the countertop if I did not hold it in place. It would be nice if there was a release button for the suction cups. They work so well, it can be difficult to pull the blender base off the counter to put it away. We made a milkshake by adding a whole, frozen pint of ice cream and about 3 cups of milk. It took about 4 minutes to get it blended well. In hindsight, we should have let the ice cream soften or scoop it out so that it was not a solid mass. Still, 4 minutes of blending was not bad and it did not overheat or stress the blender at all.For our fruit smoothies, we use frozen fruit, fresh bananas, and a little juice. We set the blender on “smoothie” mode and it worked great. Using the Auto-IQ, I was able to leave the room and come back, as it turns itself off automatically. The lid of the blender is designed to snap on securely. This is a nice feature, but the drawback is that you can not easily lift the lid to give the contents a stir with a spoon. However, this was not necessary when we used the Auto-IQ. The pouring spout is my favorite lid feature. With my previous blender, my smoothies would end up slopping out of the glasses while I was trying to pour them. The 2 bullet type of blending containers are wonderful for when I just want to make enough smoothie for myself and can take it on the go. Overall, I am very pleased with the Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System with Auto-IQ and have already recommended it to my friends and family.
