I bought this a few months ago and I love it! Its one of the BEST investments I have ever made. the only downfall is that you have to keep adding water every single morning for coffee (unlike a Keruig that you add water once in a while) other than that its a pretty decent machine.

I love this coffee machine!! My parents have one and I just had to get one for myself! It makes coffee really fast, is hot when it’s ready and keeps warm for 2 hours and even after two hours coffee is nice and hot. I’ve had coffee makers before and this one is the best!! I definitely recommend it!

I absolutely love Ninja. It is such a great brand. And this coffee machine is no joke. It can make hot coffee/cold coffee. A big pot a single cup. Its great. Did take a few times to read instructions on what to do but once done it was amazing. Im not a huge coffee drinker my husband is tho. He loves it and still tinkering with the possibilities. Great product. Easy to use. And big but compact. Looks great on the counter.

This is a great coffee maker. It’s so easy to setup and they basically give you everything you need to satisfy your coffee fix (minus the actually coffee grounds and water). The system includes a “permanent filter” so those of you who are practicing a green lifestyle don’t have to worry about buying paper filters. There is a measuring system for the water reservoir to show you where to fill the water to if you want a single cup, a travel size mug, a half carafe, or full carafe. It also has a scooper for your coffee grounds, with serving suggestions for both your cup and carafe. An added bonus is the milk frother attachment which is great for making your own lattes at home. It has a delay brew feature, self clean, and stay warm feature! Well done!

I am beyond impressed with this machine!! The coffee I make with this machine tastes absolutely delicious, it tastes better than any of the coffee I have have even drank. It allows you to make 6 different size cups/carafe that you can make and even had a built in frother! I can make hot coffee, specialty coffees, iced coffee, cappuccinos. I love that it doesn’t take the coffee pods, not only are they expensive, but they are very wasteful. There is a ninja scoop and a permanent filter included. This is by far the nicest and best coffee maker I’ve ever used, I will never buy another cup of coffee again!!!

Ninja has thought of everything with this coffee maker, from being able to have a home coffee maker give you the rich flavor that usually you only get at Starbucks, you can make a cup all the way to a pot, have froth, and have the coffee ready when you crawl out of bed!!!! Pod makers don’t compare!

This is the best coffee maker that I have owned! Makes great tasting coffee that is the right temperature for someone who adds cream and doesn’t want cold coffee after doing so. I enjoy all the brew sizes as I may want a cup of coffee late in the day when nobody else in the family does. I don’t have to worry about wasting with all the options! Iced coffee turns out awesome! My 14 year old son can now make his own with the easy instructions and recipes. As far as the time it takes to brew a full carafe, I haven’t timed it, because it brews fast! I also like that you can use disposable filters or the reusable one that comes with it. You will need a sponge brush to clean the carafe which is no big deal. Would and will definitely recommend!

I’ve only had it a few days. So far, I’ve only tried the 1/2 carafe and single cup features and both worked just fine. I decided not to use the filter that came with it, so I bought some #4 cone filters. The reason I gave only 3 stars is that I do not like the way the carafe is designed. The top is way too narrow to fit my hand inside to clean it. And my hands are small. I will have to go out and purchase a carafe/bottle cleaner with a handle. I also don’t care for the top part of the carafe. I have to fiddle with it in order for it to sit straight where the arrow is for pouring. Then there’s the frother. I haven’t used it yet, but to me it’s in an awkward place. I’d prefer it to be more towards the front as opposed to way over on the left.

Best and favorite purchase I’ve made this year! I’ve been quarantined for 7 weeks and this has been my morning savior. I love the user friendly features, and the built in frother makes a huge difference. It allows me to be creative with my drinks and lattes. I thoroughly enjoyed it while it lasted but when it dies….its dead. Worked great on the first pot if the morning but went dead on the second pot after releasing 1/2 cup. It’ll still work for 10 seconds and then start beeping at you. I’ve read reviews of many people having the same exact issue but no response from anyone at Ninja. If this is an ongoing problem then why not fix it NINJA?

I have three people in this house that love coffee. The only thing is they like it differently. I like it hot with milk my girlfriend likes it cold and my son like it black. This machine does it all, which is so perfect for our tastes. I also love the fact that it can make a lot of coffee or just one cup. It looks difficult to make but for me it was simple.

Talk about an awesome coffee machine! This really makes any kind of coffee you can think of! I mean really ice coffee, cap, all kinds! I LOVE IT! This is one machine that is really really awesome. It can really make everything you can think of! I have a great feeling that this one would be a great one to keep for years to come! I love how easy the instructions were to understand and how easy it was to put together. Everything was soo simple and The only thing I can think of that could be changed is the size of it. OK. I wrote a review for the CM400 Ninja Coffee maker yesterday and today I wanted to have another go at it.I had said in previous review the “Add Water” came on and carafe was nearly full. I couldn’t figure it out and could not find assistance to this on site. I did read another review though with same problem. I was upset with Ninja.So, today I did the delay brew again and I made sure that while light is flashing and you’re setting timer you have to make sure you set the size or amount you will be brewing. I believe when I set timer day before I did not do this. So, if you try to change setting in middle of brew the machine will go back to wanting a full reservoir. My opinion. But, NINJA please accept my apology and I did 4 stars because I want to be certain I do not get the error code.It was perfect today!!Happy New Year!!!
