My husband and I drink A LOT of coffee. I thought I had finally found the perfect coffee maker for us! Initially, we loved the features of the multi brew selections so we could brew half a pot, a quick traveler to go, or even the specialty coffees I love when acting like an at-home-barista. About a year after our purchase, we noticed it would not brew the entire pot. I went online and purchased the descaling cleaner, and religiously cleaned my machine every 30 days. Nope. Doesn’t do a thing! I thought the original investment in this machine would last us more than 2 years, but I was wrong. Today we had to turn it on and off 4 times to get it to brew a full pot! Frustrating!

I’m obsessed with lattes. Seriously. In order to make my own at home, I have to microwave creamer and then pour coffee over it. Not exactly professional! This coffeemaker is amazing! It has a frother that makes things SO convenient. I absolutely love it. You can make lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and other speciality coffees. I feel like a barista using this machine!It has a timer that lets you program when you want to brew. Most of the parts are dishwasher-safe. It looks so cool and modern. It will look great on your counter! I highly recommend this machine, especially if you love speciality coffees. Great coffeemaker!

What not to love about this amazing coffee maker. I do drink coffee constantly probably 5 times a day. Having a machine that can do so many things is just amazing. The quality is just great. Very easy to use. You can brew 6 different size from a cup to a carafe among others. Also there are 4 brew styles from classic to speciality. You can make from regular coffee to lattes, cappuccinos and so much more. Also it comes with a fold away frother for either hot or cold milk. Also no pods are required which I love. The brew basket is very easy to use and clean. Also it has a removable water reservoir with auto metering. And there are a variety of coffee settings at the push of a button and so much more. Great coffee maker. Highly recommended.

This coffee pot is more than any normal coffee pot! This is an amazing machine! I absolutely love that it’s not some plan Jane coffee pot! I can make almost anything with this machine! I can makes ice drinks, hot Cocoa, frappes, Cappuccinos, just about anything! Please get one of these and try it! It’s amazing!

Yesterday we bought this coffee machine because we have several Ninja kitchen appliances including an earlier version of this machine in a different residence. It had come with a glass and a a hand plunger to froth the milk and we had upgraded to the insulated carafe. We’ve used that machine about 3 years plus all the other Ninja products plus we have 2 different Shark vacuums. We have never had any issues with any of them. If we had questions or perceived issues the customer service has been top notch and resolved better than we would have requested. We used this new machine for the first time this morning. The frother worked perfectly, the coffee started up as programmed and the flavor is everything we would want. It may be a little early yet to make a complete judgment call on this particular machine but we don’t expect any less satisfaction then we have of their other products and at this point it’s all we expected.
