It’s great if you love slightly warm coffee. I have the thermal carafe and I didn’t realize there is no hot-plate to keep the coffee in the carafe warm. Sadly, the coffee cools down pretty quickly because there is nothing to keep it hot. Enjoy the first cup, then plan on sticking your coffee in the microwave. A thermal carafe is not a substitution for a hot plate! I’m so disappointed and I cannot return it. Other than this, everything else is good.

We’ve had our Ninja for over a year now, and have loved the product. Simple to use, and has a host of fun and useful features – my husband loves the frother feature. We received it as a gift.However, I’ve run the clean cycle twice in a row, because it isn’t brewing our coffee. No error codes, just won’t initiate once I’ve started the brew cycle. Not sure what the issue is. Going to troubleshoot again, but we may have to replace the unit.
