I had the original 1st edition Ninja Coffee Bar, it finally started to act up so it was time to upgrade it. Decided to stay with Ninja and boy am I glad we did!! This thing is fantastic, looks and functions are off the hook!! Makes delicious coffee (grind my own beans) and delicious tea!! (loose leaf green tea). Really am impressed with this machine and the build quality seems to be great as well!! Glad we stuck with Ninja (have the Foodi XL Deluxe, Mega Kitchen system blender, Shark vacuum) guess you can say where a Ninja Family LOL! Hey if you’ve had great luck and are happy with there products, that’s exactly why we stayed with them and got here Hot and Cold Brew system!

This is SOOO great!! We have always used a very fine grind, and we use less coffee than we did with the reusable baskets in the single serve maker, and get much better coffee!I like strong….this is smooth! One basket, can’t over fill it. And the brother has been something I didn’t know I wanted!A carafe of tea over ice. Hot brewed tea. A carafe of tea or coffee if friends are over.One of the best purchases lately!

I’ve had my coffee ninja for about 3-4 months now..absolutely love it! I mainly use single serve or specialty coffee button (americano) and I love it. I do wish it were a tad hotter but I can’t complain. Haven’t used ice tea yet. And the steamed wand is pretty basic IMO..I use a separate foam frother

This is the second ninja coffee maker I’ve owned and it’s by far the best brewer for the price range. I only use bottled water as I have well water and I have never had the clean message come up. I’m reading these other reviews and unless they have changed the build quality I have to assume user error especially when they claim it’s 2 units in a row. I’ve had this model for over 2 years now and never had an issue.

We bought this because I drink coffee like Kid rock drinks beer, which is to say frequently and alot. I have one at work , one at home and a spare in the attic. My wife makes tea with it, but I make iced and hot coffee several times a day and we’ve had them for over a year, and as for the mold lady, that’s from untreated water bacteria, and if you take the reservoir off you can get a pipe cleaner inside that bubble from underneath, but in the meantime you might want a water test.

I had been researching and reading reviews to find a machine that would be able to make specialty drinks, dispense water for tea and hot chocolate, as well as make full carafes of coffee, and saw this one. I hesitated for a bit due to some of the negative reviews, but when my Keurig began leaking water everywhere I ran out and bought it, and now am wondering what took me so long! I am in love with this machine! I have been a Starbucks snob for 10 years, going almost every single day, but not anymore! I have discovered the secret to make my coffee at home taste just as wonderful! Froth your milk before adding it to your cofee! This coffee maker will pay for itself in 3 more weeks. I also cut the tops off my kcups and dump them in, so I don’t have to go without flavors I love that are not available in bags. I have not had any leaking issues, or error codes so far, and I use it multiple times per day for tea and hot water, in additiion to coffee in the morning. I do not remove the reservoir to fill it. So far, so good! Hopefully I won’t have any problems.

FINALLY a coffee pot that does everything our family wants for coffee. With covid and staying at home we were going through coffee pods like crazy and I was also ordering iced coffee concentrate as well. A couple weeks ago we decided to buy this coffee pot as it does iced, cold brew, plain ole coffee and sting coffee. Plus it brews cold and hot tea and it has a frother! We had to order online and it took a few days to get it. Have been using it little over a week and what can I say. We are all happy and getting the coffee we all like. I brew a pot of cold brew and my daughter and I drink that, my son and husband drink hot coffee and I make caramel macchiatos with it and my husband actually likes it better than when I was using a espresso machine. So the espresso machine, coffee pot and iced tea makers will all go get donated as we have a all in one and couldn’t be happier! And I will have more space from the appliances that are going away. This is a tall coffee maker but luckily we had a kitchen rwno a year ago and this fits nicely under cabinets. My old cabinets were really low and new cabinets are normal height. The only thing I have to store is the tea filter. But I have all kinds of new space for that! If you are looking for a all in one this really is a great choice. We are not disappointed. There were some reviews we read about water going all over. We have not had that issues at all. The water reservoir clicks into place. Just line it up and you should be fine

I have never and I’m not sure I will ever use the milk frothing feature, but I have used most of the coffee and tea settings. I love to sit down and drink my coffee in the morning, then have a cup or two of tea in the afternoon. There are two designs I wish were changed about this machine then it would be just perfect for me. First one is the cold brew setting, I like that I can brew my coffee at a lower temp to have less acidity but I do not love that I can’t turn on the hot plate during the setting. I prefer hot coffee, especially in the winter, so if I wanted the less acidic coffee I would have to brew the cold brew, flip it to normal coffee, then turn the hot plate on to wait an hour for it to warm, or use the microwave. Second is the design of the tea basket. I use coffee filters for both my coffee and tea, then just throw them in the compost, instead of the given permanent filters. I wasn’t a fan of having to knock the left overs out and rinsing whatever was left down the sink. While I can shove the cone filters down the weird hole they made in the tea basket, it would be easier if they had initially designed it for disposable filters.

We love the delayed brew. The machine remembers both times and settings we want so i dont have to reset the time or selections each day. Just press the delay brew button before bed and once in the morning after my tea is made. Down side is no heater base so your drink can’t sit all day and stay warm. Also both green and brown filters drip when I take them out of the machine to clean. Im always cleaning up drips on the counter from them. Very annoying an extra step every morning.
