I purchased this after my sister in law asked me to review the grill. After reading about the blender I decided to splurge and it has been worth every penny. When I recieved it I was making some soups the first soup I did the normal way and made everything in the pot and then blended to smooth it out. Then I decided to try it with sautéing the onions in the blender (who would think?) then added ingredients and pressed smooth soup it came out hot and smooth. Then I made ice cream. I love this blender. I can’t wait to purchase the grill.

I bought the foodi blender 10 days ago and this is my go to equipment everyday! I make all my meals in this and it works perfectly well. Even for international cuisine. Even though the auto options dont have specific options for making curries and veggies, i use it to make all sorts of meals. This is my first Shark product and i love. The only thing i wish i had additionally was a single serve and a shorter, less heavier cup. I wish i had bought the intelli system

I bought the blender for my daughter for a birthday present and so far her family likes it. She has had it for a month now. She has been making smoothies, mixed frozen fruit drinks and ice cream. She has been following the recipe directions and everything is coming out nice. The ice cream treats were a hit for the whole family. The only thing that she had a problem with was the Snicker ice cream. The motor started to smoke when she added the Snicker pieces, so maybe the caramel in the bar chunks when to much for the machine, otherwise it came out OK. Next time, she will just fold in the Snicker bar chunks after the mixing process. But I’m kinda concerned about the smoke from the motor though. She is looking forward to making soup in it when it gets cooler outside. They don’t mind hand washing the blender instead of putting it in the dish washer like their old blender.

I saw the power this guy had and bought it so I could keep up with margaritas at gatherings. It kicks butt on making blended drinks.Today I was going to make some butternut squash soup and I took out my old recipe and saw just how many pots and pans I was going to have to dirty. I remembered seeing recipes for a few things when I unboxed the blender. There was a butternut soup recipe that I wasn’t thrilled with but when I read the instructions I was interested. I took my recipe but instead of doing everything in pans or pots I put all of the things I had to saute in the blender and clicked on saute. Then I took the rest of the mixture and clicked on smooth soup. It cooked in the blender for 30 minutes. Every 2-3 minutes it would do a burst type blend on the contents. After 30 minutes it kicked into high gear and smoothed out the remaining ingredients. I had a rich creamy curry butternut squash without having any cleanup in the kitchen except for measuring spoons, knife and the ninja which cleaned up easily.This blender has a huge base as it has a hefty multi-function motor on it. The added functionality / power made what would normally be a decision to not buy due to size a wash on goods and evils. I love this blender.

I bought this about 2 months ago and I’m completely satisfied with it! The possibilities are endless, and it certainly lives up to the Ninja/Shark quality we all love and expect! If you’re wanting something lightweight, this probably isn’t the best purchase, however I have kids and it’s so nice to be able to make a little or a lot. You can always buy single serve to go cups, but you can’t buy a blender than does everything this one does. I’m truly satisfied and look forward to more adventures using it. Also, it cleans itself and that is AMAZING!

I bought the Ninja Hot/Cold about a month ago,I finally tried it out the other day and it did not disappoint! I’ve made Piña Coladas twice now. The first time I used Reg I e tubes from my trays which I thought was going to be a challenge to crush up the cubes but to my surprise it was No Challenge for the blender. I’m excited to try some Soup recipes in it but man I have become a Huge Ninja Appliance Aficionado!
