I bought it as a gift for mother days. My mother was so surprised and amazed by the product. She made a healthy rotisserie chicken. She couldn’t stop bragging about the juiciness and crispiness of the chicken!! It’s an easy product to use and less cooking work. Just one press of a button and a couple of minutes and you’re done cooking!!

I love everything the 5 qt does, but like other reviewers I especially wanted to replace my slow cooker and this model doesn’t allow many one-pot meals. Instead it takes longer because everything needs to be done separately. I’m cooking for two so the compact seemed perfect. I cooked pork chops which came out nicely cooked. I just am disappointed that there’s no accommodation for cooking two things at once.

It’s absolutely amazing!!!!! I can’t explain enough why this thing is so great. Just as a simple example, my son wanted “French toast sticks” for breakfast the other morning and we typically cook them in the oven, they take about 30 minutes to pre-heat the oven and cook. I threw them in the Foodi and 12 minutes later they were done and crispy all of the way around. I tasted one and it was actually really good! My son (2 y/o) said I have to cook them like that for now on. This is replacing my oven it’s quick and easy clean up. Get one now!!! You won’t be disappointed.

I’m still learning all the features after a few weeks. It’s amazing how solidly it’s built. One thing that I’m disappointed in is the slow cooker. It didn’t get past lukewarm after 3 hours on high. I finally pulled it off and simmered on the stove. I did a thick steak with the bake/roast setting and it turned out yummy. I own a number of Ninja products and have been pleased with quality and performance.

It’s so easy to use, clean, and you can cook all your favorites super fast. Taking up barely more space than just a normal pressure cooker, this cool thing allows you to cook with the speed of a pressure cooker but then crisp skin and outside of meat like an oven using the combo cooking option. I use this nearly every day for anything from french fries to steaks, chicken breasts, pork chops, asparagus, and fish. Being someone who normally doesnt like to cook. This is a blessing for me. I love it!!

Easy to clean quiet cooks great for 2 people just right size. But most extras you can order for the Ninji is made for the 6.5 – 8 qt size.I should have gotten 6.5 about same price but I thought to big for us to handle
