I couldn’t be happier – in under 30 seconds I can make a smoothie that’s tasty and nutritious. And another thing I like is the clean-up is for only two parts: the blender cup and the blade assembly. The Ninja Fit came shipped with all the necessary pieces: the motor Power Pod; the blade assembly; two 16oz cups, two Sip and Seal lids, a recipe book and an owner’s guide. The two cups serve dual purposes. First, for blending. You attach the blade assembly then add the ingredients for making your smoothie/meal. The second purpose is as a drinking cup by swapping out the blade assembly for a Sip and Seal lid. It was extremely easy to use. The motor and blades are plenty powerful to blend frozen foods. For example, the smoothies I make include frozen leafy spinach; frozen berries and some apple. It doesn’t get simpler than that – nothing fancy. Eventually I will be more adventurous and dive into the recipe book and experiment not only with various smoothies but some of the meals.But for now, this is giving me a superfast method for getting more vegetables and fruits into my diet. If you want to start the way I did, without the recipe book, so you’re up and running quick, here’s what I did: fill with frozen veggies up the 8oz mark. Then fill with a frozen fruit up to the 16 oz mark. And finally, fill with water up to the 16oz mark. That’s it! If you choose not to use frozen foods, then you’ll probably want to add some crushed ice (who wants a warm smoothie?). And it’s compact so it takes up very little space. I couldn’t be more pleased with how quick and easy it is to make smoothies and the quick clean up afterwards.

The Fit Personal Blender is perfect for mixing a drink for one. When you want to quickly make a single smoothie, milkshake, Margarita, or protein drink, you want it to be convenient and simple. This does just that. Simply put whatever ingredients you want into the container, screw on the blade attachment, and set it on top of the blender. Push down to start up the high speed motor and let it blend. You can pulse it or let it run continuously. It pulverizes ice and thoroughly shreds fibrous greens like kale in seconds. Adding to its convenience, you serve it in the same container you mixed it in by screwing on a sipping lid that also has a snap cover attached to it. Cleanup is so easy – the cup and lid can go into the dishwasher.

So glad to be able to get this and try it out. It’s got just the right parts in the box, and it’s all easy. Don’t worry about recipes, just put in what you have. I keep bananas frozen to use in a frozen drink or treat. They are easily peeled with water, either running or in a bowl to soften the peel, and then easily remove it with a knife that is not even sharp. Using a frozen banana means no worry about adding ice to the mix too. Add yogurt; peanut or almond butter, or nuts; with anything else. Other fruits, or some spinach leaves. I like to add in uncooked oatmeal for texture; and use milk (dairy or almond) or even juice or left over coffee. It might all sound weird, but nothing I’ve added has caused it to be a wasted effort = it’s all good and this Ninja is a perfect gadget to have for experimenting. ***having an issue with my laptop, so cannot post pics, sorry. This item is exactly as shown and explained though, and there are no surprises in figuring out how it works.

Love this ninja fit! Its the perfect size for making smoothies. I love that I dont have to use a whole big blender when I just when a single serving of my favorite smoothie. The directions are clear with the way you need to put the ingredients in the cup and the box avrually has a quick guide on the top flap that we tore off to keep handy. There are 2 big sized individual plastic cups with lids that can attach to the base. They are easy to attach to the base and easy to clean.

I like making healthy fruit and veggie smoothies, and found the Ninja Fit great. I used it for the first time today. I mixed blue berries, peaches, banana, a chocolate protein drink and ice. It blended everything in less than 5 seconds. There weren’t any chunks and was just the right consistency. The blender is also lightweight and easy to use. It came with two single serve blending 16 oz. Nutri Ninja cups with sip and seal lids. I highly recommend this product.

Makes green smoothies smooth and perfect! You do have to be careful with the O-ring as it slides out when you go to wash it and so take caution that it doesn’t get cut on the blade.
