I received a ninja foodi air fryer/pressure cooker! Everyone I know who has one can’t say enough good thing about it! I did not the basket, and only 1 wire rack! Everyone said theirs came with it when they bought it! Please explain or do I have to pay extra and order basket and wire racks?

I bought this oven November 2019 and I love it. It takes a minute to pre heat, it cooks to perfection every time. I have two complaints, one keeping it clean, two would like to have it an inch or inch and half higher. I love that it flips up, main reason for buying and would buy again with an easy to clean non stick interior. I use an sos pad to clean it and it takes a long time, it’s a pain in a**.

We use this product almost exclusively over our full sized oven. You have to adjust your times and temperatures and honestly, we’re still learning, but it’s so fast. When I want to warm up some left over pizza, I know it’ll be hot and ready within 5 minutes starting the second that I flip the oven down. It also keeps the room temperature down since the heat it puts off is minimal.We bought this product, we did not receive it for free. After buying this and using it so much, we’ve now bought 2 air fryers (including the new dualzone which we have used plenty already) and the normal grill (not the new XL). My first introduction to Ninja/Shark products was a vacuum I bought a few years ago. Great vacuum and still has as much suction power as when I first bought it, it seems. My mother said she thought it was better than her Dyson. My next product was a Ninja blender, which was also fantastic.Great products and great quality.

My newest kitchen time saver is the Ninja Foodi Digital Air Frye. My kitchen has limited counter space but I am happy have this take up a little retail space. Doesn’t heat up the house at all and the preheat time is less than a few minutes. Cleaning is easily done with the access to the back. Best multi functional appliance ever.

Ok – I bought the digital air fry oven about a year ago. I can truly say this little guy is a work horse. We rarely use our oven as this wi cool just about anything you want. I even cooked my pumpkin pie in it this year for Thanksgiving. Easy to clean and the flip feature allows you to save much needed counter space when not in use. What can it cook? Broil fish, bake a pie, baked potatoes, juicy chicken,Broil a steak, and crisp up anything you need. This thing will have your oven wondering where you went! I loved it so much, I ran Beat Buy dry of their machines for Christmas gifts – one for each of my kids (3) one for my mother-in-law, one for my father-in-law and my niece. Do your self a HUGE favor and grab yourself one! I promise – you won’t regret it!!

I’ve had this oven for over a year, I asked for it for Christmas. I was so excited to try all the new features. It has truly become my go to appliance. I rarely use my actual oven. This oven really expanded our dinner menu. Sadly as well as it cooks and as fast as it cooks the cleaning of this oven has become the one household chore I dread. The grease splatter is impossible to just wipe off with water and a soft towel. I’ve tried every type of soft cleanser and nothing has worked. I finally tried a mixture of dish soap, white vinegar and backing soda and left it on over night. I think it helped, problem was it was impossible to rinse out and water and soap got everywhere. Had to let the unit sit for days as it dried out, when I finally tried to start it up, I got smoke and ash. I think it’s done for sadly and I know it’s my fault but Ninja please take some responsibility in the lack of convenient cleaning options. We are buying the XL smart oven in hopes it’s easier to access and clean. Fingers crossed.

I waited a few months before reviewing this so I could test the different functions. Conclusion: I splurged when my toaster oven went out, but I should have saved a bit more money and waited to buy the full size version. Now that I don’t have the money, I’m stuck with this. Here are the time tested positives and negatives. First the drawbacks: chicken thighs and chicken breasts are often too thick to fit- so you can only cook very thin things (pizza, wings, tots, etc). If you subbed this item for your regular toaster oven thinking it could do all the same things, it can’t. The baking and roasting functions are nearly useless because not much can fit without hitting the heating elements. The toast function also doesn’t work the greatest, at least if you are used to toasty, brownish finish. This got my bread toasty after two times, and I don’t need the brown finish. Lastly, dehydration is VERY limited. I’m not sure who dehydrated such a tiny amount of anything, but don’t plan on using that function to dehydrate more than one item (one apple might work).The positives: it works great for one pan meals, frozen foods for a quick dinner (I do sweet potato tots with chicken strips and it works perfectly). Small ramikens can fit if you have some that are short enough, so making individual desserts is easy. The flip up feature is very nice for saving counter space. The few things it can do, it does well. Small pizzas are a breeze, but don’t plan on feeding the family with one pizza from there.

I bought this a couple weeks ago. I absolutely love it! Frozen wings are perfect. I love the way this flips up out of your way. It’s pretty large so you have to have counter space for it. It’s a great addition to my kitchen.

I bought this back in the fall in an effort to regain counter space and speed up baking. This is perfect, replacing my toaster, air fryer, and dehydrator (which I never actually used). So much so that I recommend it to friends and family.The baking sheet that comes with it is *terrible*. Inexcusably so. But also easily remedied by buying a high quality non-stick baking pan in the smaller dimensions. That, for me, took it from a 4 to a 5.

I haven’t fired up my regular oven since I got this! Great product, it heats up so fast it is amazing, quick cooking, excellent results. I don’t find cleaning a problem, I would highly recommend this product. I have no issue with not being able to roast a full chicken in the oven; a chicken in pieces cooks more evenly.

I use mine every day! I use it for biscuits in the morning. Toast…rolls for dinner. Pizza for my grandson. I like the low profile and the “flip” feature to save cabinet. It heats up super fast and is very easy to use. I’m still learning and was looking up the model so I could you tube more recipes.

I’ve had the SP101 for 2 days and love the way it cooks. Food comes out great. However, the fan won’t shut off no matter what I do. Even after the unit was completely cooled down and the “FLIP” light came on, the fan continued running. After about an hour, I unplugged it and left it unplugged for 15-20 minutes. About 10 minutes after plugging it back in, the fan came back on. I have to keep it unplugged all the time I guess. This just isn’t right. Otherwise, I would have given the SP101 a 5 star rating. Unless I can get this resolved I wouldn’t recommend this product to a friend.
