I’ve been using the Ninja Foodi Oven for about 2 weeks now, and let me tell you, I freakin’ love it!!It takes all of 1 minute to pre-heat, it saves me counter space when it’s flipped up, and I’ve never used an air fryer before, and I love it!I really appreciate the recipe book included. It’s given me a few ideas for future meals and new ways to make them.My only complaint is that it’s very short and narrow. I struggle a little trying to get out pans or the fry basket with mitts on.

After cooking fan stays on never turns off. Waited hours and hours still running. Finally unplugged it. I Will hate to unplug it every time after using also, was disappointed that I bought the one without the dehydrate feature. Not sure about the convection aspect. Didn’t seem to cook faster. It did, however, make pretty good broiled pork chops. Nicely browned and juicy. But I primarily wanted to save money by making homemade chicken Jerky for my dog 🙁 I wish it said somewhere that this model will not dehydrate.

Didn’t think this oucld be as good as it is, but it’s exactly the appliance I’ve been wanting… and finally, someone made it! BTW… if you’ve never had an air fried baked potato, try it out. (wash and cover potato in olive oil and salt all over it, do not pierce! you want the steam) pop it in air frier for one hour… crispy crunchy salty skin, and inside it’s a fluffy, steaming cloud of yum…) This appliance does everything well, from baking cookies to chicken, to toast and bagels, etc etc. I’m absolutely delighted with this! The flip up design is brilliant, and makes all the difference!

Just a fantastic appliance. I did lots of research on air fryers and air fry ovens and I feel I made the best choice. This oven preheats in about two minutes, has multiple settings, is simple to use, is quiet, has a cool interior light, has a large fry basket, non stick tray and rack and is easy to clean. I do not use the flip up feature but that is very smooth and balanced. It has a stainless steel exterior and great quality in every detail.

I previously had one of the smaller ninja air fryers which could air fry, roast, dehydrate, and warm which I loved! So that is why I decided to upgrade to this bad boy. I love how it has many more features such as bake and toast because that means I do not have to turn on my oven in my home which does not have air conditioning!Anyway, it is a pretty big appliance, but the fact you are able to tilt it up to save counter space is a great option. Once I took it out of the bag, I followed the instructions prior to the first official use which I highly recommend you do so the oven can get all those smells out before you cook food in it.It comes with a wire rack, air fry basket, and non-stick sheet pan. All are large in size and can hold a lot of food. We use this oven almost ever single day, the first use of it we air fried some French fries which turned out well. I did notice the oven was heating/crisping quicker on the left hand side as opposed to all around. It does say to “flip” half way through, but out of all four sides of the fry basket, it really was only getting well done on one side quicker than the others. I wish the sheet pan could click into the oven like the wire basket and fry basket. In the directions it suggest you can air fry using just the fry basket or the fry basket and sheet pan under it, but what I have found is the sheet pan under the fry basket inhibits a lot the heat from the bottom of the oven. But again, you are not required to use these two at the same time while air frying.Pros:Easy to use, interface is very user friendlyHeats up quickly and does every feature well (fry, bake, roast, toast, etc). Holds a large amount of food, no need to cook in batchesEasy to cleanSaves space by flipping upCooks very quicklyCons:Short power cordFry basket isn’t non-stickMine tends to cook faster on one side than the othersI believe overall this is a great appliance and alleviates the uses of a toaster, oven, fryer, etc.

In all honesty, I was just hoping this thing would bake some rolls and warm up my food. While building our home, in Covid, I lived in my art studio for 10 months. This was what I mainly cooked with. It toasted bread really well, it dehydrated better then most dehydrator. The air fryer is perfection. It makes the most amazing salmon and sweet potatoes. In 9 minutes! I even baked full loaves of zucchini bread in square pans! You just cannot beat this little oven. I have purchased 3 as gifts. I put my oven away, in the stand position in a tiny cabinet I have, but the option of standing it up really fixes the problem of it being in the way. Last, you can clean this lite guy easily! Ninja has made it so you can clean the oven from the front door, but when you stand it up, there is another large door you can open and clean out crumbs and hard to reach places. I don’t write reviews, let alone big reviews, but this is an incredible little machine. I know they make a bigger one now, and I love the idea, I just dont want to sacrifice the space. The sp101 is the way to go! I am not a person who heats up frozen food. I am a GOOD cook who makes homemade meals, 6 days a week, with this! You should get one. I got this oven for Christmas 2019. It worked wonderfully the first six months and we used it daily – I even recommended it to a friend who bought one as well. After six months the fan started running nonstop when we would turn it off. The only way to get it to stop is unplug it. This makes me nervous to use it, which pretty much makes it useless now.
